Backroom DE. Posted September 17, 2016 Backroom Share Posted September 17, 2016 If we can learn to defend under a different manager at some point this season we should have enough to stay up. It's just a question of when or if Coyle will leave.

Stuart
Gallagher gets MoM on the back of a late goal and the anti-protest protest song "We've Got Gallagher". Emnes was the best player on the park by a country mile.

Aye, it's just so sad that our current position sees us joyously celebrating a home with against Rotherham. The sooner we get Venky's out the better. Backroom Tom Posted September 17, 2016 Backroom Share Posted September 17, 2016 Well then Bloody brilliant overall that really enjoyable Ignoring the soft goals against us we scored 4 great goals, Emnes and Gally both 10/10 today. onlyonejackwalker
Forgotten what it feels like to win. Well done to all in a very big, early season game. A lot of pressure to deal with, enhanced by going behind. Some guts shown to win today. Still conceeded two.

Coyle basically mirroring GB from last season.

RevidgeBlue
Emnes was absolutely sensational up front different class to anyone else on the pitch and Gallagher wasn't far behind, full of youthful running and enthusiasm. Enjoyed their performance up front more than anything I witnessed under the last few turgid seasons under Bowyer and Lambert. We still look very shaky defensively though so keeping those two fit and playing like that could be key to our survival hopes. Also thought Evans had his best game for a long time. Enjoyable game considering the circumstances.
