Is there another site?

There's a plan which has full approval from everyone necessary but won't be able to happen until the middle of November when the funding from the mural is available. Justgiving take 30 days which is a @#/? pain in the arse. The painter, described as a "dingle with alterior motives" as was put on here was incredibly generous, professional and allowed us to proceed without the full money available as he was honoured to be painting an image of Uncle Jack.

No location details or plans will be put on here, however as always there is a group of angry fans working behind the scenes. If you feel you can help in anyway whatsoever, whether that be arranging things, speaking to people or offering any professional advise please get in touch. That image won't just disappear and the donated money won't be put anywhere else.

As a mural has, or should have, a lifespan measured in months if not years, my professional advice would be to not rush it. It's more important to ensure it is effective than to do it quickly.

Think about the location, the primary audience, the desired communication and how outdoor advertising actually works, and then turn that into a design brief against which ideas can be evaluated.

All advertising sends a message about its originator. If the mural fails to be effective, it'll be there for months telling the world that those protesting don't know what they are doing, which won't exactly help the cause.

As it is now beyond mid November have we any progress on this?

Edit: Can understand the silence after the last fiasco so if you'd like can PM me a yes or no.

That's probably people voting on the subject quality. Can't see it clearly. It is a site for photographers in the main.

Imgur isn't a photography site, it's just for image hosting. Most likely Dingles & anti-protesters are the culprits.
