toogs Posted August 5, 2024 Posted August 5, 2024 Sounded like WATR did most of the talking and the CEO/COO did a lot of head nodding from that statement. Haven’t we been here before? The only difference being that the COO bothered to turn up this time? Quote

Popular Post robbojohnno Posted August 5, 2024 Popular Post Posted August 5, 2024 (edited) Surely the time for improved communication is long gone? They need politely informing that the only positive outcome now is putting the club up for sale immediately. Edited August 5, 2024 by robbojohnno Typo 12 Quote
Popular Post whalleyrover Posted August 5, 2024 Popular Post Posted August 5, 2024 Neither, Waggott, Suhail or Venkys can be trusted. Why expect change now? The only way forward is new ownership. WE WANT OUR ROVERS BACK 13 Quote

Be grateful that these supporters do what they do, free and for the love of the club - they do not in anyway deserve criticism or demands by timelines🤬 very true. The WATR is there to represent its membership. Quote
Upside Down Posted August 5, 2024 Posted August 5, 2024 Excellent work getting the shadow man into the picture. Put pressure on the bastard. Also, his links to Kentaro. Make him feel the heat. 3 Quote
cesus Posted August 6, 2024 Posted August 6, 2024 I might be going mad here, but doesn't somebody else have a tiny share in the club? Like 0.1%? If there is a 0.1% are they not privy to the goings on? Quote

In two weeks time we have the Court case and subject to the outcome, that is the time for proper action. Quote
tomphil Posted August 6, 2024 Posted August 6, 2024 I wonder how much his own pockets have swelled in that time ? Hes always been the de facto Chairman if you ask me and there are a lot of questions to asked, some of them of a legal nature. Quote
RoversClitheroe Posted August 6, 2024 Posted August 6, 2024 Genuinely want to know on the outcome of the meeting. The outcome was genuinely just to set up another fan forum? I thought we were actually going to hold them to account for lack of funding, failed January signings. Sales of key players and no replacements - hell we're still waiting for Brereton Diaz to be replaced let alone Gallagher. So I'm struggling to understand why such key things have been missed, we've got a high high chance of being relegated currently so need to be asking tough questions. Rather than giving Waggott another chance to say "I'll look into it" and then never hearing anything more. 3 Quote

Also, fantastically encouraging to hear that this court case 'old chestnut' is actually a wonderful opportunity to strike a deal whereby our benevolent owners will finally be able to transfer all those millions over that they've been so cruelly stopped from doing due to their (alleged) breaching of actual laws. Thank goodness this long-delayed opportunity is coming round and we will imminently put a stop to flogging off our young prospects, and anyone with a half decent wage, to the first offeror and begin to maintain our stadium, spend a little bit of money on transfers, etc. Exciting times. Roll on the next 14 years of Pasha and Venkys, lets have a chat with them every now and again during that time, which will have absolutely no bearing at all on those in Pune. They need to fuck off and stop killing our club. That's all. 7 Quote
