I buy 4 season tickets, mine plus 3 grandchildren.

My son buys his own.

How do the grandkids get in if I can't go?

Should be ok if still able to use current season cards, but what about next season?

The club keep coming up with these hare brained schemes which will undoubtedly deter some from actually going. It's simple really - give fans a choice of using the options available.

I really don't care if other clubs or organisations are wholly digital, as a club with a dwindling support they should really be understanding of this and after for everyone.

I expect all kinds of problems next Saturday when we play Birmingham if the Everton friendly is anything to go by.

Sorted now via phone. Paid a while ago and old card has been loaded (they say).

Forced to use a phone next year? Signal always works of course... 😉

Forced to use 1 of 2 oligopolies...

Just love standing in a queue behind people who can't get a signal, lost the right page, won't scan....network down ....

To increase footfall, you make it simpler to access the ground. What do the Rovers do ? Make it harder.

they`re all on a jolly the lot who run this club and certainly don`t care about getting bigger crowds, though milking big away followings they are all over it,guttersnipes and disreputable **** imo

Not season ticket related but why can’t I buy a Blues membership online when it’s all gone digital?
Has it stopped?

Can anyone confirm if screenshots of digital tickets work?

I was told earlier that the barcode (or whatever it is called) changes regularly to stop ticket holders from passing them on through screen shots.

I can't confirm whether this is true of not but has anybody else noticed this.

Struggling to download my ticket for tomorrow. Last match just got a notification and link through and ended up in my Apple wallet but this time going into ticket management and doesn’t seem to be a download option, only forward to friend !

Hi, there is an article on Twitter from Rovers explaining how to resolve problem, hopefully.

I think you have to go down the apple wallet route.

No

Frustrating. Just another simple thing which will inevitably leads to another small reduction in season tickets going forward.

Well you can still be STH and have a card but people like myself prefer it on my phone. Easy option

Yeah my mate didn’t realise the card still worked so he ditched his card in the summer. There’s just no reason to remove the ability to screenshot the ticket as it has been for the last few seasons with digital tickets.

He probably can’t go tomorrow. Once upon a time he’d drop it off in the morning and I’d ring around and find someone to go with.  Now, I’d have to find someone with a customer number and somehow get him to link to them and officially transfer it whilst he is travelling.
And even then it can only be done 6 times a season. It will just mean another empty seat at Ewood  9 or 10 games this season. Suhail and The Gooner don’t care as it’s been paid for.

I’ll see what the weathers like and if it’s as bad as forecast I might give it a miss going on my own and just fire up a dodgy streaming site. Two empty seats.

Not an app lover. World beginning to think everyone uses them and that day will come. Having said that I was forced into a corner in getting a Google Wallet so the ST was relatively straight forward. Only thing is it sends 2 oe 3 messages each week which I assume from reading on here is a changed bar code.

I’ve now spent a further 45 minutes and got a little further and managed to actually get to the E-ticket but it won’t download to my Apple wallet by Safari, Edge, Google Chrome or Duck Duck Go. Just glad I kept the plastic card 😮‍💨

Go into your Apple wallet, open the season ticket pass. Open little circle in top RH corner with 3 dots in it. Touch Notifications and then close automatic updates, then open it. Your e-ticket should update to the Ipswich game.

Thanks for that, rang the ticket office when it opened and they put me right in line with your advice above. They said having problem with automatic updating with IPhones, a bit of a problem when vast majority will have IPhones, could be chaos ! That is an hour and a half that I won’t get back 😂

I’m a dinosaur regarding the modern world so I usually have real paper tickets sent out to me by post. The last two times the tickets that I ordered first thing on Tuesday morning and were apparently sent out to me by first class post that evening have failed to arrive. So I’ll be queueing up for replica tickets today. Once, Mm, OK. But twice ?

Shout out for the Ticket Office staff guy this morning who very quickly grasped my difficulty and emailed me a copy of the original season ticket link which easily loaded into my Apple Wallet to resolve my issue caused by erroneously deleting the complete digital pass.

I've always found the staff at Ewood really helpful and patient with old gits like me. I had a problem last week when my granddaughter became me on the ticketing website and she doesn't have anyone in her network so I couldn't order tickets for people in my network. It transpired that our accounts have the same email address (she is 13 and doesn't have an email of her own) and this was causing the problem. It was sorted out on a five minute phone call with an extremely competent lady.
