v Everton (h) - 19/7/25 - pre-season friendly

On Saturday Rovers will play Everton at Ewood in our 'marquee' friendly match.

With so much going on in the background it will be interesting to see who plays. Will Brittain carry on his strike, will Travis and Tronstad start and what the centre half pairing will be. Will Pears or Toth be available?

For anyone who is interested Everton TV are covering the game live. I haven't seen anywhere that Rovers are yet.

Attempted to buy tickets for Everton and as a non smart phone dinosaur, the options for tickets delivery were Delayed Digital Ticket or Digital Ticket(NFC), is the print at home not an option anymore?

That is another nonsense, you should just be able to go and buy one from ticket office!

I went to the ticket office to buy a ticket with £20, I was thrown out with a robot.

Print at home at least means you get an email with a pdf, which is easy to access and instantly downloadable. If I have to create one more account or download a sodding app to buy a product or service or partake in something I'll probably lose it and go and live under a rock in Siberia.

These days you walk into a bloody museum... 'That's a tenner please Sir. All the commentary and notes are on our App. QR code is on your left there. Mind, sometimes you can't get a signal...' Argh!

There's absolutely no reason to not give that option unless you're goal is to deliberately prevent people from attending.

With Carter and Wharton being injury prone, that's us at full strength.

Are we not at least a little bit worried about this upcoming season as it stands?
