2 goals conceded that shouldn't be happening.

De Neve's defending is pathetic. Its simple, track your man, he doesnt.

Second Half, pick the fucking ball Pears. Again Basics, why let it run out for a corner.

Simple need to be better.

Time to go back to 4 at the back for me but discuss that another day

Given Alebiosu is gonna be missing for a few games I don't see much other option. Miller at RWB scares the hell out of me.

TGH could play RWB I guess.

Hopefully Toth is back on Saturday

A few random points.

Of course Pears and Ribeiro made a mistake for that corner. But tbf it's not always easy to see through all the bodies who it hits last. Still plenty of time to deal with the corner and we don't. Neither of our 'big' centre halves jump much.

Baath is better than either McLoughlin and Miller for winning headers. He would have prevented that goal from the corner.

Pears before the corner affair made 2 good saves to deny a goal plus an excellent save from a really good shot in the first half which was moving rapidly and in the air. Riberiro save on the line.

You simply know that De Neve is not good at defending. Why not play Pickering? (I think we know the answer to that.)

Longing for workmanlike Hedges tells you where we are.

On a postive note (grasping) Baradji does look a player to me. Time will tell.

On another positive(ish) note I think we will just stay up.

Cantwell clearly is a good footballer but rarely scores.

How anyone can have a go at Ohashi is beyond me -works his bollocks off, top scorer last season. And yes he misses but that is a sign of where the club is.

Seems there are already a few around willing to make Pears a scapegoat.

It felt as soon as he let that go out, like it was going to be costly.

I love Ohashi.

What he lacks in ability he more than makes up for in work rate and enthusiasm.

Any team that includes De Neve and Sidnei  in their starting line up is in deep trouble !

It is possible that there is something in their contracts ,regarding minutes ? nothing would surprise me !

Why doesn't Pickering get minutes ?? Better footballer than De Neve !

Why didnt  Rabadji start ?

I haven't seen anything today but the 2 centre halves are poor !

January approaches , our chiefs of staff , will be working out how to weaken the squad !

Tronstadt and Cantwell could well be leaving , maybe Toth if he is fit ?

You don't need to be fit , do you !!!

Has VI held up his list yet?

He will be blaming the fans for not taking several thousand down there. And the ref.

I read his post match. Tbf he basically was pissed off and pretty much had a go at de neve. Didn’t point out his name though.

Irrelevant, any keeper worth their salt picks the ball up without hesitation, since there was clearly no intentional pass back.

Any team worth their salt has 2  centre halves capable of dealing with a corner.

He keeps asking someone who was signed as a "winger" per the club's site in summer to play LWB and defend in key areas against Championship opposition. De Neve's made it very, very clear now multiple times that he can't defend and also probably isn't good enough for this level attack wise. A shocking signing.

I'm not sure they knew what they were signing.

It’s his own fault for picking him. He’s not got a good defensive brain. He’s got away with it in the European pub leagues, but he’s not aware enough. He offers nothing going forward anyway and can’t defend. Pickering is a far better bet but their stupidity won’t let them pick him.

We’d be a fantastic side of Ohashi was our biggest problem. Far from it.

Ohashi is a great squad player. Doesn't have the talent to be a regular starter in a team with serious ambitions of top six, but we aren't a team with that ambition. Today has crystallised to me that, barring a January miracle where we seriously beef up this poor squad, we are going down. If Ohashi sticks around for League 1 I think he'll be decent there.

There’s a striker in League One. Scored the winning goal midweek and bagged another two today.

His name is Harry Leonard. Got championship experience. Could be a good option on the bench to change things up. Better option than Gueye!

Why the heck did we let him go!!!

We did wrong by him for a year. Home grown player that had shown the quality. Injuries happen but to just push him out with nothing in return was criminal

Singling out a player, especially one playing out of position when you have other options is piss poor management. No surprises there.

A few more losses and they should  be looking to pot him. That will be more expensive than fixing the pitch.

Darragh MaxAnthony doesn’t usually get transfers wrong, when we upped the price and he didn’t flinch then people should have taken more notice

Ismael offered to forgo transfer money in order to fix the pitch (stupid idiot). Maybe he would forgo his redundancy package if he understands the importance.

It’s true DeNeve has been shockingly bad defensively…BUT you continue to select him you dolt.  You have to drop a player that routinely makes the same costly mistakes, not elevate them to the starting XI!
