I fear for us in this must win game we were devoid of anything V a under strength wrexham side

This is a classic relegation 6 pointer

I reckon it will be cancelled, -5 at the moment, with snow forecast in 3 or 4 hours. It would help Rovers, with the big injury list.

Not a chance.

Surely Valentin Joseph gets a spot on the bench at the absolute minimum?

Banging the goals in for the U23s, appreciate the Championship is different gravy but he can't do any worse than the current pair up front!

A young lad who knows where the net is and will be desperate to impress, stick him in.

If fergie was in the dugout, instead of Ismael, he'd get game time. His policy, was giving youth a chance.

What about the Millwall game a few seasons ago, similar conditions, called off half an hour before kick off.

That was different, it had been snowing for hours the day before too.

I remember as I was completely snowed it and therefore didn't even try to make it to the game.

Just a few wintry showers today, providing the undersoil heating is on there isnt a chance this gets called off.

Met office forecast is for possible snow showers from 4pm onwards

Henriksson has been virtually anonymous in his time up front so far. It would be a significant improvement just having a natural striker up front.

This lad is only 17 but as you say, must be worth a shot off the bench at least.

It is a free hit all around. The manager wouldn't get any stick, as who the hell else is there to play? No matter how bad a rep the big mean Rovers fans get, the young lads are treated well by the fans. It is a free hit today with how low expectations are.

As they say, desperate times call for desperate measures...

It has come to something of a new low if many fans are more comfortable with a game not going ahead..

Question is, why do the arseholes / mouthpieces (same thing) at the club continue to pretend that there isn't something seriously wrong with the set up? There might be salvation in some honesty and truth for a change, as at least the problem(s) would be out in the light, rather than ignored and dishonestly presented as 'normal' for a football club.

My guess is that they will somehow get the game on, but we might all wish they hadn't by 4.45 this afternoon.

VENKYS OUT!

SHADOW LIAR SLY SLIPPERY CHARLATANS OUT!

JUNIOR ANKLE SOCKS OUT!

Rovers are around evens with Charlton around 3/1 with most bookies.

They don’t often get it wrong, but think this is priced wrongly, as I see us firing blanks again and will concede.

Their away form is 19th worst in the league, that's why. Bookies use AI and look at trend too, they haven't won in 8 away from home, we've won 3 of the last 4 at home H2H against them. They've failed to score in 3 of the last 4 against us. Collectively things like that make us favourites. That being said, no disrespect to Charlton but being evens at home to beat them is a real indication how far we've fallen, there was a time we'd be like 2/5 😵

I sincerely hope the bookies have this right and the favourite wins, but I somehow don’t think they have

Was the same against Wrexham. I got a 70/1 Betbuilder up which basically was Wrexham to win by more than 1 goal and have more Shots on Target.

With the squad available it is clearly priced wrong.

Crazy odds that. If they bookies are using AI it is badly out.

I honestly believe we will lose this today and can’t see us scoring either.

I sincerely hope Im wrong

Sheffield United have just had their game postponed. Really wouldn't surprise me if we're next.

We won't be.

12pm kick off has done them, if it was 3pm it would have probably been fine.

Manflu has kicked in so i'm out.

Missed Millwall for a works do and watched best performance of the season on a pub telly, not expecting a repeat of that today though.

Is this on the box anywhere ?

With it not being a Saturday SkySports News will show goals as they go in, it might also be on the red button or sky sports plus or whatever it's called now.

It's snowing heavily in Merseyside and minus 2. Just about to drive over to Blackburn, hope it is warmer and drier, but we shall see, can't imagine it will be. Can't be arsed with another postponement to add to our abandonments, another 3pm kickoff played on a Tuesday evening.

Really cba with this one it’s freezing and it’s got loss written all over it. Can anyone put forward a convincing argument to attend?

So someone on here can pop a photo of the 'real' attendance?

In all seriousness, I can't be bothered either. Going to drop my mum off at the ground and sit about watching Sky instead.

Even if we do manage to pull off a win,you are still left asking what's the point..what is there to look forward too?
