Like Coyle was, he will be here all through the transfer window to “align” with Rudy’s plans. In February he might become Rudy’s scapegoat.

Absolutely.

Interestingly, looking back at Coyle's results from that season, I don't think he ever had a run of 1 win in 12. 2 in 12 yes, but never worse than that.

Ismael simply has to go.

They're not helping are they?

Toth at fault with the 2nd.

Toth also made a fantastic save. I don’t know whether he was entirely at fault for the second but will watch again

The point stands - this is not because we have Toth and Tronstad. It’s a manager without a clue and a squad of players who are, on the whole, simply not good enough for this level of football

If the Manager’s / Club’s specific instructions were to not put the ball in the opposition net, under any circumstances, I don’t think we could be any less threatening ! More especially at 2 0 down with nothing to lose, really is shameful !

Cashin only on the stretch for the OG due to how slow he was running back towards our goal.

Not looking fit or sharp.

After the OG he didn't do much better too. Just sloppy all round.

Toth spilled, but Cashin stood still and let the Ipswich player tap in, and McLoughlin wasn't even looking in the direction of the ball at any point.

As with everything it's often a combination of poor decisions rather than one specific one.

It's rather like complaining about the band on the titanic being out of tune.

All Birmingham fans could say about him was how slow he is.

Not sure Ismael has a clue about his team or set up really. I know we have a lot of injuries but he’s somehow squeezed De Neve back in, and continues to plod along with Hendrikson. It’s like a lucky dip with him.

Would love to be a fly on the wall in the dressing room in games like these under VI (so fairly regularly). Wonder what on earth his instructions are

He probably sits in a corner with his list.

So we have an Academy lad (Pratt) who is reluctantly drafted in as an absolute last resort after we've tried and failed with Ryan Hedges in that position.

Said Academy prospect absolutely excels and doesnt let us down once.

However all of a sudden he's discarded because another Club wants their player to get some game time.

Said loanee scores an own goal within 3 minutes of his debut and basically looks like he's never seen a football pitch before. And we're apparently obliged to play him all season otherwise we'll be hit with penalty clauses.

Isn't that a wonderfully quintessential Venky's Rovers thing?
