The Fine City welcomes Blackburn Rovers at 12:31 on Saturday.

Carrow Road has been a happy hunting ground for us in recent times. Since moving to Norwich I’ve seen us win there three times, and come from behind to draw on the only other occasion.

Norwich are a completely different side under Philippe Clement, and the mood in the city is a stark contrast to that observed during the start of their campaign under Manning.

Who’s going to be in charge come Saturday? Can we build on the midweek win against the owls?

See you in the stands.

Quick guide for away fans:

- Train station to Carrow Road is a 10 minute meander along the river.
- Away supporters tend to congregate in “The Station Hotel” opposite the train station (over the bridge and take the stairs down). It’s a pretty nice setting next to the river, but the beer is a bit shite to be honest.
- If you’re staying in Norwich for the weekend, some nice pubs for your enjoyment:
    - The Artichoke
    - The Leopard
    - Fat Cat Brew Tap
    - Beer Hatch

Thankfully Norwich have had mixed results in the immediate past so that 5-0 romp at the Baggies is receding.

In the do our utmost to avoid a loss category.

First game where Johnson will have had a training session but suspect selection will be by committee.

Let's hope the win kicks off a great run of results.

Time to be positive. 15 points off play offs....a win here and we're basically going for promotion 🤣

Back in the real world, anything but a loss is a good result against a fellow struggler.

Must admit, I quite liked the food and the relaxed vibe in The Eagle garden when I stayed over last season (long weekend). As for the football, no expectations...

My local game this one. Looking forward to seeing some old faces again, have zero confidence in a result but hey let's enjoy the day.

Plus it's my birthday so if anyone wants to buy me a pint at the ground I'll be more than accepting. 😂

Thanks for this. I've never seen Rovers lose at Carrow Road too but one that stands out back in the latter Premier League days was when we were 3-1 up with 10 minutes to go and drew 3-3. Walking away from the ground that felt like a defeat. No idea where the train station is, but the railway station on the other hand......

Tough, tough game. prior to the Boro defeat, Norwich beat Coventry and in form Wrexham. I suspect they will not be in any relegation danger come May.

Norwich 2 - 0 Rovers.

I think they'll make 1 change from Tuesday night: Alebiosu for Miller.

Hedges and Pratt confirmed to miss out on the 25 man squad. No real surprise there. Feel for Pratt, will hopefully come back stronger next season.

When you see we have only lost 2 out of 11 games which Pratt has started, I find that very harsh.

I mean, look when the hammerings started in January. Also the Portsmouth defeat in November was the only game he was benched.

Probably was saying non when he should have been saying oui.

He's a decent prospect Pratt, but we're probably going for experience with Cashin, given the position we're in.
