Defensive all over the place all afternoon, I am not surprised that we have conceded 4 goals. We should have scored more, particularly in the second half but the defense is a massive cause for concern.

We obviously didn't deserve to lose 4-1, I think 2-2 would have been a fair scoreline. We always lose against West Ham anyway, so I'm not really that gutted that we lost, however I'm dissapointed with our general performance. Key points to take from this game:

- Never use Reid again.

- Ooijer is too slow to be a decent right back. Use Simpson or Emerton instead.

- Our right hand side was horrible. Get a specialist right winger in, and use Simpson or Emerton as right back, as stated above.

- Our left hand side looked far more potent when Treacy came on.

- It speaks volumes when Andrews looks like a world beater compared to our other midfielders. If he continues like this, I believe our central midfield pairing should be Grella-Andrews.

- Never let Roberts take another penalty again.

Bad ref gave them everything. Have to say I thought Andrews did ok when he came on - did nothing wrong and didn't look out of place.

Hate Wet Sham, 4-1 flatters them and does not reflect how the game was.

Nowt to do with the referee, we were awful.

Talking garbage, Reid and Samba were the poorest Rovers players and neither was an Ince signing.

One defeat from first 4 games of the season is a good start, we must sort the defence out and a right winger is a must.

i must say even if we lose, im happy with the general performance of the team (bare defence who looks very shaky today). We look dangerous in our attack and when dunny and cruz is back im sure we will be alot better. Also with a new right winger we will be fine... also andrews is looking good.

if the ref had been better im sure we would have been able to win or draw at least.

I hope you're crying tears of joy now then.

Truly the most shocking of away results.

I have had text updates from a wham fan all game and he thought Rovers deserved better.

We knew we would lose added to the fact that Bellamy was back and the ref was Mike MUFC Riley.

Rovers will have 2 weeks worth of soul searching to put it right, after all its only The Arsenal next in Town

Robinson is ######. Roberts is ######. Andrews is most likely ######. Why the (Please don't use that word again) have we laid our trust in a lower league manager that knows (Please don't use that word again) all?!! very very very ###### off :(

Did you actally see the match? Robinson was good, and Roberts did well save for his penalty. Andrews was one of our best performers.

- Samba looked bad. Ooijer/Nelsen is our best central defence pairing, in my book.

To those of you who actually didn't see the match: Don't waste your breath on slagging off Ince and our entire football club just because of one freak result.

Samba, Nelsen, Ooijer and Reid all had absolute shockers. Gamst was no where to be seen again.

Treacy/Warnock looked decent and Emerton was a threat.

Roberts has always been - and will always be - a player who needs 5/6 chances to score. This is why ive always seen McCarthy as a better player simply because he converts.

Derbs was outmuscled for the 70 odd minutes he got.

Grella is moko mk2 although Andrews to be fair looked handy. Carlos may well have provided the creativity we were lacking.

100% Ince's fault that defeat. I backed him when he was appointed but today every decision was wrong. Starting with Reid and Grella in the middle for a start. No creativity there at all and Grella hasn't played at all this season - he didn't even play in the pre-season games I believe!

And then bringing on Andrews was a mistake. Actually, the first mistake there was buying the guy, but we are losing, need to chase the game and so he brings that pile of ###### on? Should have brought Carlos on. I assume Tugay is injured? Otherwise why on earth wasn't he on the bench - or starting for that matter?

Poor decisions by the guy on the sidelines.

Yes our defence was very poor, but then he should have brought Samba off at half time, put Ooijer in the centre and brought Simpson on at right back.

The only thing that would have improved on the 4-1 score line was if Andrews had got injured and missed the rest of the season.

Ince has about 55 hours left in this transfer window to get in who ever is needed to sort this. Poor start to the season really. We took 3 points a Everton who were thrashed at home today, a point off of Hull, who were also thrashed today & now nothing off of a poor West Ham side. We have let in 7 goals in 3 league games. SORT IT OUT INCE.

Problem is... We only have just over one day (realistically) to sign anyone that can make a "real" difference for us.

My wife Rover's fan for over 40 years has a feeling we may go down this season, I don't think it will be that bad, but today's performance needs to be looked at with a cool head and all the stops pulled out to remedy it in the next 24 hours or so.

As soon as Santa went off it was obvious that our goal scoring threat was diminished, Derbs had the one chance and beyond that was mostly ineffectual, Roberts has his "moments" but he ain't good enough for this level of play.

As mentioned before I am giving it to the ubiquitous Christmas benchmark before I am starting to worry.

We really do have the most miserable and negative set of fans in the league.

We laugh at Spurs and Newcastle fans for their over-optimism, but our whinging is far worse. Grow up.

Your right. I'm sorry. 4-1 is not that bad, in fact we're doing very well. Hopefully we can only lose 5-0 vs the gunners, I know its a lot to ask but I have faith in the boys.

We played pretty well to be fair, major pint was we need a new right mid (obviously). Andrews and Treacy looked good and very comfortable. Roberts can't take penalties. The scoreline certainly flattered. Oh and fo those who say it wasn't the refs fault, why the (Please don't use that word again) wasn't Derbs goal give. Idiot
