yoda's brother Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 Always a concern when our fans start getting ahead of themselves predicting 3, 4 and 5 goal wins. How often do we get those? Doncaster are well organised, efficient and hardworking. Underestimate them at our peril. Hope their players don't read this thread. this

Ricky Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 Hopefully we can break them down and nick a 1-0 win. It won't be the 5-0 some are predicting.
Salgado Is A Hero Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 I would settle for any kind of win I've given up trying to predict C'ship games Just hope we look to attack them from the off, pressure them high up the pitch, don't play with two defensive mids, and make changes earlier if it isn't working
The Rover of Finland Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 Hard to say the starting line up. Is Robbo there? Is Dann yet a Rovers player? Is Dunny fit?? Or will Gestede start with Rhodes anyway? Will King start ahead of Marshall?
Leonard Venkhater Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 0-1, apocalypse on here with bowyer out posts At least we don't have to prepare for that. We all have so much experience of the big let down. We know exactly how to behave and what to post!

SoldierMo Posted January 9, 2014 Posted January 9, 2014 Got my tickets hopefully they wont let me down
CapeTownRover Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 Massive game for us, 2 good performances in a row and need to keep the run going before some tough games coming up. Bearing in mind the experiences of the last 3 years it's hard to be too confident but surely......... Knowing our history of couple of good performances against tough opposition, followed by a poor one where we should win, but then lose, i would tread with caution. That said, i hope Bowyer is positive in his approach, and if we can out of this game with 3 points, then onwards and upwards i say
Amo Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 Just don't play Willowe. It's either one or the other. We're playing Doncaster, not Man. City.
Backroom Tom Posted January 10, 2014 Backroom Posted January 10, 2014 Agreed toppers play Lowe in this one alongside Cairney
oldjamfan Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 I'll be on the 10am from Glasgow Central as usual COYB!!!!
FGS5635 Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 Just don't play Willowe. It's either one or the other. We're playing Doncaster, not Man. City. Damm that could be your best avatar yet. Its weirdly hypnotic I now find it impossible to read your posts.
RevidgeBlue Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 Love the signature oldjamfan. Shanks at his best. Long standing fans will realise this game against mediocre looking opposition looks perfectly set up for a typical "after the Lord Mayor's show" type performance from Rovers. The three points are crucial but I'm not expecting a classic I'd happily take an 89th minute win off someone's backside. Then we can dispose of Citeh on Wednesday and off we go. Lol.
Backroom Tom Posted January 10, 2014 Backroom Posted January 10, 2014 Even fans who started watching this season could tell you that Every time we get a good couple of results we find ourself with a good chance to push on and we manage to blow it needlessly I'm just hoping this time it's different
DavidMailsTightPerm Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 Agreed toppers play Lowe in this one alongside CairneyI am a fan of Lowe but I would save him for City and play Williamson.

Really feel we are building some momentum now
Bucksrover Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 It has been said but a big factor is whether bowyer picks lowe and williamson to start. If he does we could struggle. I hope he goes for it and just plays one of the water carriers. We have some good attacking players to choose from.
Brad Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 Cheeky little wager on this one for me. 2-1 after going down early.. COYB!!
Husky Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 Hi guys. Does anyone know if half-season tickets are still available? I had a look on my online account but nothing shows up on the 'season tickets' or 'events' categories. Surely they haven't all gone?
