[Archived] The 'itk' Transfer Thread

Rhodes is in Middlesborough. Lambert has 9m quid in his pocket. We have 7 hours left in the window.

Prediction time:

How many players in (0-10) - 1 point for guessing the amount of players that join

How many of these (if any) are on loan - 2 points for guessing how many loans are coming

How many of these (if any) are bought - 2 points for guessing how many transfers are coming

Correct name(s) - 5 points for a correct name.

e.g.

2 players in

1 loan

1 bought

Danny Fox (loan) + Tom Bradshaw (bought)

Would see 15 points (1 point for guessing how many, a further 2 for correctly predicting a loan, a further two for correctly predicting a buy, 5 points twice for correctly guessing both names.

Predict it all perfectly (even if thats no players in, no loans, no perm, no names) and you are awarded ITK status and bullied off the forum.

I'll go:

3 signings

1 loan

2 permanent

Danny Fox (perm), Tom Bradshaw (perm) and Darren Gibson (loan).

I should imagine PL has deals all lined up ready to FAX them to the league if the JR deal goes through. Hope he has his own fax machine though! Not sure about the Fox one

Walsall have come out and said they haven't accepted a bid for Bradshaw (was reported Bristol City had one accepted). Can't see us making a late run for him, and think Lambert is happy with our options up top.

I sense a quiet day/evening, aside from the Rhodes story rumbling on.

  • Moderation Lead

Looked in on this thread hoping it would be a streamlined version of the transfer thread, with less waffle.

Guess not.

Sometimes light relief is needed. Too many people get drawn in by attention seekers on twitter with about 5 followers and about the same amount of brain cells.
