USABlue Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 Watched Forest and Geordies, saw Forest a couple if times recently that Lansbury's a bit if a cheat isn't he? Rolling around to get the guy sent off changing his mind where it hurt as he was rolling, it would be hilarious if it was not so disgusting

AggyBlue Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 I noticed on 30 minutes Newcastle tried to copy the corner we scored from last week, it almost worked for them. Forest were so frustrating in the second half and didn't really deserve to win.
AllRoverAsia Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 Can't stand the Geordies and delighted they lost, that Rafa winged and Shelvey got sent off. I do not give a flying one about Forest

I do not give a flying one about ForestReally glad Shelvey was sent off. He's a nasty piece of work and gobbed off about Rovers tactics last week. A very poor loser. Wikipedia has Lansbury summed up. "An English professional Actor and Con Artist who plays for Nottingham Forest".

A very poor loser.Wikipedia has Lansbury summed up. "An English professional Actor and Con Artist who plays for Nottingham Forest".I read what Shelvey had to say about Rovers. Mouthy bald git. Ironically when I saw the match highlights there was Shelvey playing a long high ball down the middle. Hes due up on a racial abuse charge soon.Edit. nothing wrong with being follicly challenged...my heads got as much hair as a billiard ball
wolfie Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 Two PNE players sent off for fighting each other. Living in Preston, I've taken a fair amount of stick for the Batty, Le Saux incident. Am guessing they'll miss the match next week too. Happy days.
Dunnfc Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 Eoin Doyle and Jernaine Beckford the culprits.
bazza Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 I wonder if, in the future, one of Doyle or Beckford will be sitting on the FA interview panel choosing an England manager.
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 Looking like we are going to be deep in the brown stuff come Xmas time...we have been reduced to fighting to stay in this p!ss pot of a league. I just fear this set of players don't have the survival mentality needed..a fragile team at best.
chaddyrovers Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 I just fear this set of players don't have the survival mentality needed..a fragile team at best. Really??? 18 points from last 12 games. Keep that up and we will mid table
frosty Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 Really??? 18 points from last 12 games. Keep that up and we will mid table We're 21st almost halfway through the season Chaddy, one point above the relegation zone, that's all that counts. The first 7 games happened, they can't just be excluded to make it sound like we're doing better than we are.

The first 7 games happened, they can't just be excluded to make it sound like we're doing better than we are. I address this during the week. The 1st 7 games were unacceptable. But last 12 been good. Still 26 games to go. Need 40 points now
JHRover Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 If we finish 21st and 1 point above 22nd after Brentford away then I'll be a relieved man. Whilst we're still very much in trouble and right in the thick of it what we have seen in the last 3 weeks is a condensing of the league. Things have really tightened up with 3-4 teams starting to find themselves in the relegation equation when they didn't look to be a few weeks ago - QPR, Brentford. Those teams which achieve the most consistency going forward can and probably will climb to safety. Barnsley are in the top half now yet are only 5 points above us and nobody is going to convince me that they are a top half side if we are a relegation side. 7 points between 12 clubs tells me there aren't really good/bad sides around us, just consistent ones in the top half and inconsistent at the bottom. Even our opponents on Saturday are within sight in the table. A few more dodgy results for them and they will be in the thick of it. I address this during the week. The 1st 7 games were unacceptable. But last 12 been good. Still 26 games to go. Need 40 points now Only need 30 points. 50 in total ought to secure survival.

chaddyrovers Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 Why don't you just go the whole hog and get onto the deed poll lot and change your name to Owen Coyley Oh damn it I forgot the golden rule on here cant be positive on here. People wont like it. Or people will post pointless comments
47er Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 Really??? 18 points from last 12 games. Keep that up and we will mid table Before the last 3 games, it was 11 points from 9. 2 wins in a row is all it takes to skew the statistics. In the end, the table doesn't lie and we are in deep @#/? not halfway up the league.
Husky Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 Eoin Doyle and Jernaine Beckford the culprits. When introducing Channel 5's football league show the continuity announcer included the phrase '..and handbags at dawn from Hillsborough'
tomphil Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 Oh damn it I forgot the golden rule on here cant be positive on here. People wont like it. Or people will post pointless comments Some just prefer the old tell it like it is approach that's all.
Parsonblue Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 If we finish 21st and 1 point above 22nd after Brentford away then I'll be a relieved man. Agree with all of this. At the moment I'm more optimistic that we will survive than I have been all season. It will be tight, with not a lot to spare, but after the opening few games I didn't believe we had a chance of survival. There is so little in this League that the relegation battle may well involve half the teams in the League. Rotherham look like they have an impossible task so really it's going to be a battle to avoid the other two places. It's going to be a case of battling for every point and that's why yesterday felt such a good result coming out of Ewood as we had, in truth, been battered but still won a point. As you say, coming away from Brentford sitting just above the relegation zone will be a happy end to this season.
47er Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 And after that PB? We sell anyone who can command a fee and try to cobble a team together at the last minute, consisting of freebies, oldies and loanees. And then we start all over again. Ambition? To avoid relegation again! Soul destroying. Dog Day Afternoon with these owners.
ABBEY Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 Really??? 18 points from last 12 games. Keep that up and we will mid table Chaddy have you seen fantasy island ? That's not real . Venkys have made us @#/? and given us another joke chimp headed shot manager ... wake the @#/? up for @#/? sake
Stuart Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 I address this during the week. The 1st 7 games were unacceptable. But last 12 been good. Still 26 games to go. Need 40 points nowTeams need 50 points over the full season, give or take, to be sure.Even ignoring the current league position, if we still need 40 with almost half our games played then we are in real trouble. Self-denial is one thing, trying to convince everyone else that they shouldn't worry is another thing entirely.
Athlete Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 I address this during the week. The 1st 7 games were unacceptable. But last 12 been good. Still 26 games to go. Need 40 points now 50 is the survival benchmark in the championship How you can be so optimistic after yesterday and the previous home game is completely beyond me.. It looks like Newcastle could well be Coyles man u
ABBEY Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 Some just prefer the old tell it like it is approach that's all. and some the Mary poppins approach .. covered in chuffing sugar
