Been reading up on Hearts' recruitment and it's absolutely superb - They will win a title in the next 3 years. They have the Brighton model and scouting network, a proper data driven approach.

Recipe for success really, manager who knows the league + solid scouting network. 

 

Celtic either need to go for it and spend their cash (they have £70M+ in liquid cash) or completely revamp their model

 

Rangers need a lot of work doing and are about 3 transfers windows behind.

As a Celtic fan, the club needs a complete overhaul. Rodgers is done, needs gone and has done for 12 months. There needs to be a clear transfer plan and injection of cash. The current squad is a great example of buy cheap buy twice!

Danny Rohl finally appointed at Ibrox. Whilst many Rangers fans are sceptical about this appointment, this lad is the real deal, I hope he’s given the time to put his mark on the club.

He more than likely won’t be given the time he needs though.

Can Hearts sustain this current form, thats always the question when you don't have the Rangers or Celtic resources.

Wrong league, St. Johnstone are winning the Championship this year. 😁

I have no idea why the Scottish overlords decided they had to copy the EFL's names. Even after all this while having a Championship below a Premiership seems a bit weird.

As someone with Ayr United sympathies I wonder if Scott Brown could be half-tempted. They'd need to buy another six goalkeepers at least but I'm sure the shaving his head again to look hard should be easy...
