Whichever of these goes through is irrelevant - either will get pumped by Sheffield United

Yeah they're both miles off the pace - as the table showed at the end.

Not sure myself, I think we would have been battered by Sheffield United in the semis but in the final you never know as it just takes a good day and a fair wind

Haji Wright is all kinds of awful, or at least he has been tonight

Still managed to score against us.

I agree though, for £9m they've had their pants down.

Stranger things have happened but I agree. Neither of them should pose Sheffield Utd any problems.

The game was summed up by 2 missed gilt edged chances late in normal time. Sunderland's midfielder cocked  up a golden chance to win it by deciding to shin it sideways from the penalty spot, then Coventry's striker performed a similar trick with his head from 4 yards out in injury time.

£9m!!!!  😂😂

I didn't know they paid that much!

(Of course he would score past us though ☹️)

Also,

Jammy Bastards, Sunderland.

Soft, ugly goal to concede that.

Couldn't happen to a nicer club - fuck Coventry and all who sail in her.

Lampard's face at the end was worth tuning in alone!

Only one winner. Sheffield United!!

I remember the Cambridge United manager saying Rovers have absolutely no chance against Leicester City after his team were walloped 5-0.

Ruben Selles set to be sacked at Hull.

.....awaits @chaddyrovers outrage

Another pathetic decision by another trigger happy head coach. 12 months ago I said he was wrong for sacking Rosenior now he is good job at Strasborg. Hull struggling last season. Oh well these trigger happy owners don't learn.
