They mustn’t have been watching yesterdays game then.

He’s at best, a very average Championship player. If there is a team prepared to pay him that coin, I would be amazed and they must be absolutely mad.

Another club may well be offering well above what we can afford.

Which is why we should have offered these players deals far sooner, if we even have at all.

No excuse.

At least we can replace another proven Championship experienced player with a no mark from some backwater.

Glen confirmed offers have/had been made

They werent at easter, they all said themselves. At that point, youve missed your best chance.

Agreed we missed the boat but you had said if they have been offered they have eventually

still not good enough mind you

also if trav has been offered 30k (I don’t believe so) then his agent deserves a knighthood

Travis has been offered 30k a week by another championship club.

If thats true its good news as presumably they would be offering a big fee too.

Travis had a poor game on Saturday but hes a top Championship midfielder. If hes off we need £5M+.

I’m surprised we haven’t looked at Diangana on a free. Championship experience but then again maybe he wants a championship level salary so we’ve got no chance.

he`s got a lazy reputation hence he`s not been picked up by anyone, surprising as he`s a very good player tbh

He’s top for us he isn’t a top championship midfielder imo. I don’t look at him and think he’s he walks into all the top teams in the division no way we get 5m+ for him not a chance

Spin by the club to make it not their fault that he’s going 👍🏻

Always been a Travis fan but iv'e never once seen him as a 5 million pound player especially given he only has a year left.

It'll end being undisclosed fee of about 1.5 million plus add ons imo.

Never particularly been a fan of Travis on the ball. He's very limited in terms of ability but this is now far too much disruption and instability amongst the squad for me. We're losing some key characters.

Travis is a massive part of this team and I think we're running out of personalities in there. When this happens it typically doesn't end well.

I'm not sure the cheap unknown signings Gestede and Venky's are gunning for are going to inspire others?

The biggest problem seems to be how we're replacing them.

Personally I'd rather have added Forshaw's wage to Travis or Brittain's contract. Bizarre signing.

Buckley, Pears, JRC, Dolan, Batth, Weimann, Travis, Cantwell, Brittain all potential outgoings this summer.

To be replaced largely by players with 0 championship minutes and extremely low wages. Worrying times indeed.

I am a big Gueye fan but he was up and down with Eustace and since Ismael has come in I dont think he has had a single good game...

Seemingly what Ismael wants is not something BicMac has in his locker.  Shame that cos he looked to be coming on a bit during the end of Eustace's reign.

My response was to a poster who said " Ryan Alebiosu shouldn't be near the team either"

Do you agree? Otherwise not sure why you've quoted me?

On the balanced he was comfortably one of the better performers for us (there weren't many).

Perhaps I am stupid but I thought he had a better than decent game.  Found myself quite excited about possibilities with this fella.

Surely we could afford Jamal Lowe decent championship RW

we COULD afford many players but the people running the day to day of the club will not allow money to be spent
