In my opinion, if Leonard goes out on loan or not, we need one striker in, who will score goals.Β

I agree, I think we need a striker as is. I don't envisage we'll pick one up without an outgoing first (as has been the case all summer).

If Harry goes too and we don't add to the central position, then it's panic stations .

There's suddenly A LOT of black players in the team.Β

Not that there's anything wrong with that, but it's surely no coincidence.

The scumbags chanting for Tommy Robinson would probably disagree

I do often see these two (Chaddy and RF99) like a marvel match up. Hope vs Doom! 🀣πŸ’ͺ🏽

Have you ever seen them in the same room? Same person, split personality?Β

Eroding the English core and spirit in the team is not the best idea seeing as it's the English Championship and a lot of it relies on effort, spirit and resilience.

Although to be fair take away Travis and one or two others and we've always had a soft under belly anyway. I don't think these new lads will lack anything in the physical dept but it's what's on the inside that matters just as much.

Time will tell but we can't afford a flair team so we are going to have to be a tough team.

The players being pushed out also have an affinity with the club .Β  Jrc, Buckley, Travis all academy lads replaced with nobody's from nothing leagues...

I think the main driver is still cost cutting and replacing with cheaper wages but you do wonder if there is also another agenda at play.

All this talk of a 'new chapter' etc....

Signing Baradji as a loan may well be related to the questions raised about his injury status. Potentially a good player with a doubt about his fitness over time. If he’s robust then a conversion to a permanent deal makes sense.

Do we have an agreed price or does he get more expensive if he does well.Β  Are we again putting a player in the shop window for someone else's benefit.

I think we'll be the Wolverhampton wanderers of the championship soon. No English playersΒ

The rules make that nearly impossible in the Championship. Without fielding English players we would lose our ability to sign enough players who don't automatically qualify for permits, and it's much harder to find players who auto qualify for permits at this level, and certainly with our finances. It can be done (no English players) but you'd have to almost go out of your way to make it happen.

Leonard needs a loan for the good of his career - he's not going to develop being a bit part player here.

We need another CF, a RW and a CM imo. We might not get any.

Was that before or after we signed someone on loan?

I assume the interview was recorded prior to Baradji being announced but VI would have known the structure of the deal by that point. Obviously, couldn't say we'd signed him by that point.

Anyway, the loan market (presumably loans from PL teams), don't appear to be on our radar.

What's the context of that?

There is no suitable context that excuses chanting that name at a football match.

There were scumbags chanting Yaxley-Lennon's fake name at the last home game.

Yawn. There is no incongruence here (unless you childishly try to look for it.)

They don't care about the fans (only reducing expenditure). They don't try to make them feel better -they put out publicity/spin to justify their own actions and present their behaviour as the only option available.

Talk about a contradiction.Β

(From Hull Match thread)

Goddard on bench instead on Michalski. Who knows if it's an injury or set for loan, and Pears set to go too, so maybe we finally want a back up for Toth?

Alfie Whiteman still a free agent and we were linked before i think. Jed Steer would also be a decent back up on a free.

As I thought - a child.

As I said last night, people will believe anything if it suits their purpose. That's why I don't read or believe any of it. Too many have got their own agenda.Β

If you want to believe it, crack on, but It gets more and more like Jackanory on hereΒ
