So much leaking, people speaking out and the pieces coming together. We've also got a fantastic guest lined up for WATR TV, which cant be missed. The question was how do you know that Ismael has been open and honest about the situation?ย You don't. Nobody does other than him and the people he works for. Even he might not know whether the version of events he has been given by the Regime is accurate or not. It certainly wouldn't be the first time they have misled or lied to one of their employees to shore up their Regime. Its funny. You are a big fan of the 'Head Coach' model yet for some reason think that Ismael will have intricate knowledge of all contract negotiations, which isn't really what happens under a head coach model, where the board and D of F deal with that side of things. I bet he has no idea other than being told player x isn't signing or getting a new deal.ย I know what Jackson has reported. He's another lavishing praise on Ismael for 'honesty' - I'll ask again - how does he know he's being honest or more importantly even if he is that he's not been fed a load of tripe by his employers? Same could be asked of you or anybody else how do you know heโs been fed information from the club? Whereโs the proof or are you just assuming like the rest of us. Works both ways that argumentย 1 Quote

Id not post this if I couldn't support it either , hence Suhail was so desperate to have Gestedes name removed from the minutesย What's RG's endgame here? He's dismantling the squad and replacing with cheap no marks. This route is likely to lead us into league one. Assume he's got some hefty bonus for such significant wage savings? 2 Quote

Weimann op was because he was told when JE went his days were numbered and he would not be staying. How people keep plugging the VL dont want or its the players fault. The list of those who have spoken out about to the toxicity are the ones exiting. Contracts/money is pure propagandaย So if Gestede had backed JE perhaps he would have stayed. Another clueless scumbag if true. Kean, Anderson, Shaw, Waggott, Suhail, Gestede. What next? I'm fully expecting the ghost of Jimmy Savile to turn up at some point. JHRover Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I'm not going to forget that two of our summer signings were made from Vincent Tan's Belgian club. I don't believe in coincidences like that in football, much less where this gang are concerned.ย I'm sure in fullness of time more connections will emerge between Rudy and friendly faces elsewhere.ย He's here to make a name for himself by unearthing a gem or two, doing the Venky dirty work under the facade of a new project/era. He'll be sacrificed before next summer and another project starts. Next time it will be another 180 pivot to a British model and old school manager again. 5 Quote

At least you are acknowledging the pattern.ย Couple of questions: - Do events of recent days and the potential to lose more key players in any way change your prediction of 6th? - you have been strong on certain opinions, justifying the clubs unwillingness to sign more than 1 more player, net of sales. You said I was wrong in suggesting that we cant just assume that say Montgomery/Michalski/Tyjon are all ready. And you previously have highlighted Kargbo as evidence of good recruitment. Have any of those opinions waivered? You loved asking questions do you?ย answer to the first question, we see in May but given Ismael's recent comments and with Brittain and Travis leaving its feel more of a season of transition and mid table finish.ย answer to your second question, We need a new right winger signing for deffo, should have been done by now. Secondly as Ismael has said we can replace players who leaves but you can't keep signing players after players without letting players leave. Stockpiling players isn't an option No my opinion haven't waivered on Michalski, Montgomery or Tyjon. You got to understand that these young players will have up and down, but you need support them at the right time and give them kick up in the arse sometimes but that all point of developing young players. They will have up and down but we are right to want to develop our own players given we have Category 1 academyย ย ย 16 minutes ago, roversfan99 said: Why are you swallowing this "before he joined the club" shite? Im not sure either will make it after seeing that" or " X was late for training the other day, I fined him a week's wages and tore a right strip off him. He didn't like it I'll tell you!" More extreme examples obviously but do you think Vi's "transparency" will make the players feel more or less inclined to play for him? The issues are not just historical. Yes, contracts should have been offered before and I was certainly stronger on that than you who told me to stop going on about it. But if those problems had been resolved, those deals could still be done in some cases. Take Hyam, even with a willingness to sign, we still are incapable of putting an improved deal in front of him. And you believe that its just all problems in the past? And things are different? Montgomery was playing in the 9th tier last season. Because of cut backs, hes just assumed as a ready made first teamer. Its not healthy. Theres a difference between bringing in players that are ready and just shoving loads within the first team squad at once regardless of readiness to hit arbitary targets and cut costs. 1 Quote
neophox Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago (edited) Why did Venkys bought Rovers. It has cost them a lot of money .. paying of debts... Paying for the club... Paying for losses... Getting negative publicity, being fooked by agents...they are losing money...what do they gain or are they stupid or being messed with sitting in India being told everythi ng is alright? Nothing more and the consequences of his inexperience and incompetence is something he'll walk away from, at some point.
