Rovers vs Rotherham
Oldgregg86 replied to BankEnd Rover's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Just paid 25 quid sit in bburn end because all week I have been on the e-ticketing and they are supposedly sending me an email to change my password. Everyday I have been on for 7 days and still no email. It's bad enough having to pay it. When it's their fault it's even worse. I did the same against millwall. Anyone else had this problem. Anyway I've had me moan COYB ? -
I wasn't there against Oxford but i was there , on the pitch, against Doncaster and it was the best feeling I have had as a Rovers fan and one I will cherish for the rest of my life. Like I say, I wasn't there against Oxford but I 100% would of been on the pitch to celebrate the rare moment. In 20 odd years of going down to ewood I have never seen a pitch invasion and looked on enviously of other clubs running on to there own pitch and celebrating. It was a one off game and if you can't just take the occasion for what it is and enjoy it then I wouldn't give two hoots if I upset, offended or whatever your problem is. Years and years of divided fans , poor managers, half hearted footballers with nothing to even clap. I applaud any fan that made the day a celebration. If you where on the pitch I hope you sang, danced and had an amazing day.

What a horrible way to lose a game. Harringay put some real effort in and deserved a reply

Just got in. Do I watch haringey or Sheffield derby. Choices. Decided to give the fa cup a go. Just seen a dog in the stand with a harringay scarf on. Maybe it's time to re open the dog for a quid debate down at ewood ?

Beat me to it. Maybe having Tony's hand forced can unlock the potential we really have and it's a chance for other players to break up the players Tony sees as guaranteed starters and earn the shirt for themselves. It could also show how right Tony has been all season but either way it makes for an interesting game tomorrow and with all the respect in the world you couldn't ask to play better opposition at home to change it up and hopefully play a few more artists. We are going to need them to unlock what will be a stubborn well drilled team. -
Dack isn't going to Spurs and I'd be surprised if wba pay the money we would want for him. Ethan ampadu would be an excellent loan signing for any team in this league. We should be looking at him

2-0 rovers win after making hard work of the first half -
Always thought he looked like he had something when he was here. He went back to Swansea and was one of there best players before being relegated. I watched reading twice this season and he was the best player on the pitch. Don't m ow about attitude etc but he's quick, skillfull and exactly what we need

I'd love to see mou Barrow back

Just seen that Zac Clough is on loan at Rochdale. Another player who was " full of potential" . "One for the future". ? -
Happy the nspcc are going to benefit from what is now a shambolic, backwards step farce.

Not heard this. Is it true ?

I told you. I told you all. I even told you chaddy Get innnnnnnn

Seen easy e play a few times this season and he looks a real handful. Reminds me of brereton but can hold the ball up like Graham ?. Still raw but good potential. Back to the game. Is it a Tony Master class or is the handbrake firmly on ?

Just been watching the u23s. Line up Burne Doyle. Downing. Grayson. Buckley Carter. Travis. Tomlinson. Lyons Butterworth. Nuttall It finished 3-0 to city. Rovers played well, Travis and Tomlinson stood out. City had mangala at cb and nmecha who opened the scoring and looks a real prospect. 100 pcent effort but beaten by that extra bit of quality city where always going to posses. John Buckley is one I'm going to keep an eye on. He looks like he has alot of potential. He has a child's body but a really good brain and is a very good footballer going forward and defensively. I don't know how old he is but could be one to watch.

If it does happen then proper and fair regulations need putting in place so that the game can thrive and the imbalance is never to the levels it is today. Sadly even with the big six gone I think, like everything in life, it would eventually be ruined by cash and greed.

Superb ? are we playing qpr or nwa

It's Sad that it's got to this state but I'm completely with you. Let the mega rich clubs go and be a brand across the world. Take the C7s and all that shite with you. Take your souless stadiums full of day tripping tourists and glory hunters. Take your over priced tickets in your champagne and cheese lounge boxes and let the rest of England love football again. They think it needs to happen for them when in reality it needs to happen for the rest of us and for the love and soul of the game.

Hope your ok pal

No he isn't 7ft odd. If the Canadian can't get a game when Raya isn't fit and he is supposesly number two then we might aswell release him. If he isn't going to play him when needed then the young lads can play the token gesture games he gets and we can bring someone in who is a proper number two or promote Fisher as the number 2.

I agree to an extent with what your saying and in normal walks of life I completely agree but like it or not if your the manager of England you just can't come out and say that, especially with a disabled supporters group and not expect the backlash he got. Time and a place etc -

Great post. Surprised you missed out the cringe worthy handshakes, branded celebrations and souless tourism -
The problem could be possibly be something I noticed when watching him. When he gets the ball, his first thought is attack and get it forward. He dribbles , runs sprays passes and tries to create things. Hes not afraid to have a shot either. Us as fans love this, particularly when the game is slow paced or possession based. I love players like this, but for every 30 yard shot tipped over the bar or mazy dribble into the area he will lose possession at least three times. Tony likes safe , structed play. This approach is what divides fan opinion on here at times. Some would love to see what we could do when let off the lead with the attacking creativity we have. Some like the sensible safe approach Tony displays. No right or wrong answer just something I think when I see the team and rothwell play
