  1. Past hour
  2. They’ve already got a play-off spot through winning their Nations League group, but they’ll obviously have to improve a lot to stand a chance in that.
  3. Unlikely that they will qualify for the world cup now. Booed by the crowd and banners telling him to resign, yeah it's not going to end well for him. Kosovo beat them 2-0 a month ago as well. Expectations were raised a lot i think, following Isak and Gyokere's big money moves in the summer. Assume once it's mathematically impossible to qualify, he'll get the bullet pretty swiftly.
  4. … or to rename it the Tony Parkes Riverside that was being ‘looked into’ as far back as pre-Covid.
  5. Today
  6. Not to mention someone pressed save instead of send.
  7. Yeh I'm not saying he won't make it, but he doesn't seem to be where the hype train suggested he would be. I had the impression he was going to be a useful squad or at least bench option this season. Now that seems like it's maybe 2 seasons away.
  8. Yesterday
  9. Steve planned this, Steve planned that. Lip service taking advantage of fans. If he wanted to put a plaque up or do some painting he had the authority to do so.
  10. He grew up a few houses down from my grandparents apparently! At least Pontypridd can claim Tom Jones as an alternative.
  11. So was Waggot saying they'd bought a new coach.
  12. Just lost to Kosovo at home tonight too.... Probably going to get sacked shortly I would imagine.
  13. The matter of public record thing has become the new stakeholders. It was also the reasoning behind believing every word about Suhail's spiel about budgets and spending. If its on public record then it must be 100% true and each word must be taken literally.
  14. “We will respect Jack Walkers legacy” is a matter of public record too
  15. none of know but their comments are a matter of public record
  16. The Flying Pickets - Only You
  17. Of course they have. Hardly going to say he did get him the job is he?
  18. Bloody hell haven't we suffered enough already?
  19. It doesn't get round the fact, that drainage of the pitch is a known problem that the club have not resolved.
  20. Gudjohnsen doesnt seem to be in the Iceland squad tonight and Kargbo wasnt in the Sierra Leone squad last night. So might be 2 down for the weekend.
  21. The pitch was totally waterlogged. Regardless of what McKenna or Ismael wanted. The owners wouldnt pay for the overhaul a few years back due to cost. But yes. Its that nasty McKenna, nothing the club could have done.
  22. River, pitch whatever. There was an absolute bucketfull of rain at Chorley but the ball kept rolling on a non league pitch. They wanted to lie in the fans forum minutes. The Lancashire Telegraph are saying they lied in their recent statement. Do we really think they wouldn’t get the groundsman to lie about this. You cant believe a word that comes out of the club.
  23. You're DETERMINED to offer the pricks running this club every excuse to carry on neglecting it. We, not for the first time in the past year, were unable to host a game of football in accordance with the laws of the league in which we play. McKenna did what you would have wanted Ismael to do in his position, however much you ignore the point. Stop excusing this charade.
