Torgeir Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Keith scored then immediately went back to pointing. Good man.

rovers11 Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 5 now Mick's gone after this. But who do they get?
Lurid Coat Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Taxi for McCarthy after this defeat. Yep, 5-1 now. Hopefully they'll stick with him, though.
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted February 12, 2012 Moderation Lead Posted February 12, 2012 WBA helping our goal difference considerably after the battering it's taken the past couple of weeks....
Kamy100 Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 5 now Mick's gone after this. But who do they get? I would say Bruce or Warnock.
rovers11 Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 I would say Bruce or Warnock. Bruce would be good, Warnock ok. You've seen how a quality manager like hughes is struggling to turn around QPR. Any hope for wolves?! We'll see I guess.
Backroom Tom Posted February 12, 2012 Backroom Posted February 12, 2012 And just like that we are back out of the drop zone A lot of bad teams around
Clitherover Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 A lot of bad teams around Could well be our saving grace come the end of the season.
blue_n_white99 Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 I suspect that our GD may decline next week, however to be out the bottom 3 even if only for a short while is no bad thing, although it will probably set the deluded one off on some ridiculous promises And just like that we are back out of the drop zone A lot of bad teams around results yesterday and today have been very, very favourable to us, we need a lot more like them to survive
RevidgeBlue Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 A real morale buster for Wolves today. I feel under McCarthy they'll definitely take up one of the three relegation spots. The worry will be if they decide to replace him with a new man who might be able to obtain the usual short term new manager "bounce" effect.
Exiled in Toronto Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 We think we're bad, Wolves were terrible at the back - it should have been 10-1! Considering we could have finished this weekend bottom of a mini-league of 4, to be 2nd in a mini-league of 5 is a terrific outcome
Mercer Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 My three for the drop are Wolves, Bolton & Rovers all with 31 points or less.
chaddyrovers Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 My three for the drop are Wolves, Bolton & Rovers all with 31 points or less. My three for drop are Wigan, Wolves and Bolton!!! QPR was stay up on the last day!!! Rovers will secure staying up second to last game of season to Wigan at Home!!!
Clitherover Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 My three for the drop are Wolves, Bolton & Rovers all with 31 points or less. You reckon Wigan will stay up?
chaddyrovers Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 You reckon Wigan will stay up? No chance!!! Why does Mercerman think rovers will go down???
Backroom DE. Posted February 12, 2012 Backroom Posted February 12, 2012 No chance!!! Why does Mercerman think rovers will go down??? Are you joking?
MarkBRFC Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Still a lot of football to be played, and 2 huge away games in march against wolves & bolton. Very tough to call, but if i had a gun to my head i would predict that the bottom 3 now will be the ones who go.
LeChuck Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 No chance!!! Why does Mercerman think rovers will go down??? Did you see us yesterday? A lucky win doesn't hide the fact we are one of the three poorest teams in the league. I'm not sure we've won a game this season that didn't involve massive amounts of luck. The statistics in every game we win shows the opposition hammered us in everything but the scoreline. You don't get enough of those wins over a season to stay up.
Clitherover Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Did you see us yesterday? A lucky win doesn't hide the fact we are one of the three poorest teams in the league. I think all five at the bottom are equally as poor, it's reflected in how tight the bottom of the table looks at this moment in time, it's also why we have an outside chance of staying up.
Ozz Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 [quote name='LeChuck' timestamp='1329064860' I'm not sure we've won a game this season that didn't involve massive amounts of luck. We have not won a few that did involve a lot of bad luck though.
Clitherover Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 We have not won a few that did involve a lot of bad luck though. That bloody Everton home game stands out in my mind above all else.
