SamTheShrew Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Why only one change, with the untried King? Grow some balls Berg. There midfield will dominate our 'flair' players.
broadsword Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 No feed on Cryer's twitter. I'm restricted to watching the BBC text feed. What is Berg's record so far? 1W 2D 2L?
McClarky Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Sounds like we are playing too deep again and getting a hiding. Get someone else up front ya balloon.
moerpho Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 No feed on Cryer's twitter. I'm restricted to watching the BBC text feed. The official Rovers twitter feed is usually good for updates: https://twitter.com/OneRovers Also prefer Sky to BBC for text though I use both. Have to agree with SamTheLeedsRover - absolutely fuming when I saw that lineup. Expected at least 2 or 3 changes particulary in midfield. Still a long way to go but what a horrible start to affairs:-(
Reedy You're A Star Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 No feed on Cryer's twitter. I'm restricted to watching the BBC text feed. It's on 5 Live Extra if you can get it. But it doesn't make good listening so far
Clitherover Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 I am bloody well dreading this Sunday...
SamTheShrew Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 so Rochina is being marked out of the game, and Rhodes is alone up front as a consequence - how predictable Sounds way too easy.
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 It appears this poor Bolton side have us sussed so to speak
Clitherover Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 No feed on Cryer's twitter. I'm restricted to watching the BBC text feed. Meanwhile, Wigan are live on Sky Sports 2. What the Kean happened?
Mr. E Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 High five to all the advocated for Robinson and the defense. It's only going to get better, isn't it?
Dunnfc Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 If we don't get a win here or Sunday then questions have to be asked about berg. Hoping to god we get one though.
Clitherover Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 I thought the commentator was talking about Robinson for a second there, but he said Butterfield not butterfingers.
BRFC1995 Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 this whole non vukcevic thing is getting old rochina and formicas continued presence is getting older even faster
G Somerset Rover Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Great start lads, keep it up. FFS we're heading for relegation not promotion at this rate.
broadsword Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 If we lose tonight, I don't think this squad has the backbone to avoid defeat the the Turf. And that would be a catastrophic two games on the bounce then, I can't imagine any optimism knocking around in those circumstances
Friarsnig Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Bolton looking dangerous and Rovers looking toothless according to Radio Lancs commentary.
hollowsr Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Really don't understand why we aren't playing with width in midfield, King is on left who is right footed and Formica doesn't know where the touchline is. If we had for example King on right and Vukcevic on left then it would stretch Bolton a bit more and give Rochina and Rhodes more room in the middle, at the moment everything seems to come through centre or if it is width then its from the full backs. Having 2 slow centre mids in Murphy and Etuhu can work if you have quick wide wingers in my view
Reedy You're A Star Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Sounds like an absolute shambles at the minute. Someone needs to grab this game by the scruff of the neck and sort it out.
McClarky Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 this whole non vukcevic thing is getting old rochina and formicas continued presence is getting older even faster Rochina and Formica just seem to float around occasionally doing something but never seem to have an actual position or role in the side. We might as well be playing with 9most of the time although they both have talent. We need proper wingers, proper forwards and proper midfield players and not bits and pieces players.
Clitherover Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Bloody hell Andrews nearly scored, could things get any worse...
