Backroom DE. Posted August 11, 2015 Backroom Share Posted August 11, 2015 Surprised to see Marshall starting, considering his injury and fitness issues. Could this be the night the enigma known as Chris Brown blasts a hat-trick into the record books, assisted by the lightning feet of Nathan Delfouneso and backed up by the sheer steel of Corry "the equaliser" Evans and the veteran class of Lee Williamson? We'll soon find out.

rovers11
Fail tonight and Rovers will take a small fee for him. Yes, I agree.
broadsword
Petshi never playing? Hmm, who would've thought it? I suppose it could be worse, we could be making pointless signings whilst under an embargo! Oh wait ...
chilly
What a joke of a selection. Petschi not in reserves nor championship team nor cup team. How will he gain any experience? Koita needs game time and instead he plays brown, as with Barrow, sooner he settles in the better. This team looks more like giving his mates the ones with a "good attitude" who haven't had a game game time and Marshall more game time in the hope he improves. Don Said
Petshi might well have an injury/be unfit? Koita/Barrow maybe saved for saturday? Talk about jumping to conclusions..

Jesus, Petschi wasn't even in the reserves? What's the bloody point. Don't see the point in Akpan either, since he sounds like nothing special, and we already signed a non-entity in Petschi for emergencies (emergencies for which we also have Lenihan, if the other four main choice centre mids are injured/suspended). Ridiculous to accumulate players like this during an embargo and financial restraints. Petshi might well have an injury/be unfit? Koita/Barrow maybe saved for saturday? Talk about jumping to conclusions.. If Koita/Barrow are being saved for Saturday, what's with playing Marshall? Influential player with a bit of injury proneness and tendency to get a little fatigued, who already had a full game on Saturday, unlike those two. Fancy Brown to get one this evening. Well if he fails to, he needs to have a good long look at himself.

LDRover
Anybody who has Shrewsbury to win this one is so pessimistic it's unbelievable. If Rovers don't go through I'll not post on here for a year. Do you want to put a few things out there Plastics? Might be a while before you get the chance again. mustard
Big mistake by Nyambe. Played in their forward who paced Williamson. Steele made a good save but their other attacker followed up to slot in. Feel sorry for the young lad. We aren't playing like the home team.
