AdamRochina Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Yeah we are more then matching them according the some but i feel we need a second ,,for once let's be ruthless and clinical
perthblue02 Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Are we playing well? Certainly sounds like we are playing better than QPR, and that's all that matters tonight as long as scoreline stays in our favour
McClarky Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Radio London people say we are well on top.
A cup of beans Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Up to 18th, relegation what's that! Ssssh don't jinx us Great evening so far. Enjoying Bt sports goal show too.
Mercer Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Sounds good. Shading possession and twice as many efforts on goal according to BBC. First win of season in the bag - corner turned. Off to the local for celebratory pint.
AllRoverAsia Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Ssssh don't jinx us Great evening so far. Enjoying Bt sports goal show too. Listening to QPR v Rovers and watching Arsenal losing and down to 10 men. Very enjoyable time so far.
davulsukur Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Sounds good. Shading possession and twice as many efforts on goal according to BBC. First win of season in the bag - corner turned. Off to the local for celebratory pint. Not sure if kidding or you've just become a Rovers fan.....
Hasta Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Didn't do anything special for this one either to be fair, the keeper just fumbled it and Duffy knocked it in with his foot. Apparently QPR all over the place, defenders with no confidence in the keeper. Another team with an overpromoted coach as manager... they'll learn the hard way. Watching the goal again, I'm not sure Duffy doesn't get there first and the keeper almost saves it at point blank range but it drops down like he had dropped it.
Mike Graham Posted September 16, 2015 Author Posted September 16, 2015 Can clearly hear the Rovers fans (singing about Burnalee). I wish I was not in my sick bed :-(
A cup of beans Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Off the line! Fearing this may bite us in the arse
Husky Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Sounds like the 2nd half of our last game. Need to get 2-0 up here - as it's a game of 2 halves.
Mike Graham Posted September 16, 2015 Author Posted September 16, 2015 Well done chaps. I am made up, apart from I should have been at the game.
yoda Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 QPR fans booing at half time, tut tut barstewards
chaddyrovers Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 good performance so far. 1 nil up at half time
Doaksie Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 It's difficult to tell just by listening to audio coverage of course, but the most warming aspect for me, is we appear NOT to be sitting back to defend our slender advantage. This would be a good step in the right direction for GB. We just need to master scoring first more regularly now!
joey_big_nose Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 We sound totally dominant. Good effort from the team considering they played Sunday. Evans (who I have given dogs abuse to) and Guthrie sounds like they are playing well, as do Conway and Marshall. The biggest concern is Rhodes is getting chance after chance like at Fulham and they are not going in. And QPR will probably come out fighting second half. Not getting a second goal could have hurt us.
G Somerset Rover Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Hopefully we can string two decent halves together and go on to win this. Would be a big 3 points.

Sheff weds away 2 seasons ago , millwall away last season spring to mind!
USABlue Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Is it 1-0 to us, google card says 1-1 witb Austin scoring for them in the 28th min. Uh now its 1-0
Backroom DE. Posted September 16, 2015 Backroom Posted September 16, 2015 Not going to get carried away yet. We rarely get a 90 minute performance under Bowyer, and it would be stupid to assume the game is already won. Fingers crossed we can keep it up, though, as we desperately need a win.
