Mercer Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 Though it may be a false dawn, most teams would struggle with 10 men for eighty minutes. Even with 10 men, our performance sounds abysmal. There is no excuse at this level for not being able to retain possession better and pass the ball from A to B.
TeamGB-11 Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 We are playing a very mediocre side and I was hopeful that we could rescue something. I guess it's par for the course, losing sides and non scoring strikers all seem to find their feet against Rovers. Sadly, it looks like another false dawn under Bowyer's management. I don't think mk dons have even had to play well here. Bowyers record against promoted teams is just abysmal..
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted October 17, 2015 Moderation Lead Posted October 17, 2015 A 2-0 loss at Mk Dons is unacceptable. Though it will be accepted all too easily by the decision makers. Pathetic result.
Backroom Tom Posted October 17, 2015 Backroom Posted October 17, 2015 It would have been a tough game Even 11 v 11 today, sounds like we were on top then Bowyer flipped the momentum with the subs. Big week ahead now
AllRoverAsia Posted October 17, 2015 Author Posted October 17, 2015 Does Bowyer get an assist for the 2nd MK goal or is it a straight OG. Minutes later I'm still trying to process what he was up to with the subs and what formation we went to include the snail pace of Willo and not so clever Delfy. Mind numbingly stupid.
West Yorks Rover Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 1371 Rovers' attended. They'll be very disappointed !
tomphil Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 I'm told we approached this game in the usual casual sloppy style we've started so many games against teams like this in the past. No surprise there, even before the sending off we were asleep I think. You reap what you sow.
Mercer Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 It would have been a tough game against ten men today, sounds like we were on top then Bowyer flipped the momentum with the subs. Big week ahead now Bowyer already has his excuses written. Derby - the match against MKD took its toll playing for 80 minutes with just 10 men. Burnley - we just didn't have the legs after the last 2 games. Burnley had an extra recovery day before the match and it showed.
BlooBoy Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 A loss to Derby midweek and over to Burnley to seal Bowyers fate ...?
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted October 17, 2015 Moderation Lead Posted October 17, 2015 Disgrace, it gets worse. This is why we won't go anywhere under Gary. Thanks for ruining my Saturday Gary, sure you'll make it 2 in a row next week. Useless buffoon.
TeamGB-11 Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 He has to be right back under pressure now..
Backroom Tom Posted October 17, 2015 Backroom Posted October 17, 2015 The manager now puts himself under scrutiny going into two big games
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 3-0....what an absolute gash result and performance.
tomphil Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 This time next week we could be really happy or seriously angry again. More likely we'll just be bored after a few more draws but there is a real danger we could have lost all 3 games this week.
T J Hooker Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 No "bickering" now, I'm sure they gave it a Reight good go!
Backroom DE. Posted October 17, 2015 Backroom Posted October 17, 2015 A loss to Derby midweek and over to Burnley to seal Bowyers fate ...? Hah, no. He's got the job for as long as he wants it. Spoke well at the supporters Q&A though, so it's alright. Hopefully at some point this season players other than Rhodes will chip in with a goal or two. At the moment we're the definition of a one man team and when he doesn't perform/score, we're stuffed.
BlooBoy Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 He has to be right back under pressure now.. He should have been under pressure for the previous two seasons ..
bubblerrovers Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 How can bowyer be under pressure, no one at Ewood can authorise his sacking, and we know venkys don't even care either
AllRoverAsia Posted October 17, 2015 Author Posted October 17, 2015 He has to be right back under pressure now.. In the real world he would be but when it's him, Shaw and Myers running the show for someone not necessarily living in Pune then I don't think so.

I think lose the next two and it will be goodbye GB ..
davulsukur Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 Poor result. Not helped by being down to 10 for so long. Depressing.
Backroom Tom Posted October 17, 2015 Backroom Posted October 17, 2015 Marshall booked for diving, 3-0 down in injury time, absolute moron.
