Can see us only able to bring people in for fees if we can move people out. At present I cant see many of our team being targets for others, so maybe the tiding over where we can until summer when a few players are out of contract, and others are willing to let their players go is our only option at the moment.

If anything bar loans, if we are going to do much business, I'd imagine it may be the last couple of days of the window.

I'd say you've more chance of winning the lottery than Rovers signing Clough.

Good because I'm getting a ticket for that as well.

Never heard of Clough until his name started getting mentioned on here this week, course its always good to get in promising youngsters but surely the priority right now should be to get in some more experienced senior players like Elliot that can make an impact in the first team straight away(hopefully) if we don't want to end up flirting with the the relegation zone for the remainder of the season.

I would look abroad at Eibar, their striker Borja Baston has netted 9 times this season in la liga and his contract expires this summer. Worth a try? But probably hard to get.

Was excited until Mercer posted that. No chance now.

I was thinking the same thing, what with his predictions from winding up to landslide victories he' just given this signing the Merce curse.

No way will we get kalas.. He's one of the best right backs in this league.. If it's the same guy I'm thinking of..played for boro right back?

Currently on loan there. Can't see it happening either.

Kalas will leave Boro and return to Chelsea as he is not playing regularly.

Have a feeling PL want some abroad mentality in the team.

So how good is he?
