Mattyblue
Ha! No chance, it’s already been set at £30 -£35 (£30 behind the goals). Swag ain’t going to miss out on this bonanza! Edited October 8, 2022 by Mattyblue

Mattyblue
He’s already set it at £30 for them… but then again Sunderland was initially set at £20 until he saw the £££ signs.

The allocation isn’t personal, just the way it is with the stand now. Couple of years out of the PL and season ticket sales will seriously drop off and then maybe the whole stand will again be offered up. Will be interesting to see what we get offered. Even if, we still had season ticket holders in the Darwen end, Swagg would without any compunction shift them, to allow him to sell you the whole of the Darwen end. I have very little doubt about that. The only thing that will stop him, is if the police say no.

tomphil
If they are going to give Burnley a 7k allocation or thereabouts they should stick the price all over the ground at 25 quid. Fill the place up and lets have a real derby atmosphere the extra tickets sold cover the extra policing instead of this lazy attitude of limited high price tickets and empty seats. They can still leave plenty segregation in the corners to keep east Lancashire's unwashed at bay if they are getting beat. Remember the cup game at Ewood ? That's the way all these games should be for gods sake we used to have Man U, Liverpool, Newcastle in there every season alongside visits from the likes of Celtic. Everybody coped fine the odd bit of bother aside.

rigger
I would get as many Dingles into Ewood as possible. Then slaughter them on the pitch.

I can see you getting half top tier and half bottom. Can't imagine you'll get the full end if it's still open to make your own way there.
JacknOry
if our W-L-W-L-W-L-W-L-W-L continues, the Bumley game is a win.
Mattyblue
The only reason it’s been a restricted allocation in recent years is because they couldn’t fit all the buses on the Darwen End car park. With it now being make your own way, why wouldn’t they get the full end? They did last time it was non-bubble - the cup replay (Tugay last minute winner game). Because it’s a psychological advantage if they give us 2K tickets and we give them 8K.
Mattyblue
‘Psychological advantage’ will stop Swag wanting to coin in from an extra 3/4/5,000 tickets at £30? Edited October 9, 2022 by Mattyblue

Wasn’t it Pedersen that scored that late winner, rifling one in from an acute angle at the Darwen End?

Pedersen at his best. He banged a right foot shot in from an acute angle and when the rebound came back to him he banged it straight back in left footed. The advantage of being two footed.
