Saved Leeds from relegation by taking them from 16th to 17th. A bit like Super Frank Lampard "saving" Everton!

Always remember the MOTD pundits saying what a great job kean did in keeping us up on the final day of the 10-11 season, completely ignoring that we were 7th when in January.

Leeds were in a huge mess when Marsch took over and he kept them up. That was his job when appointed there.

Just imagine now if he kept Southampton up and Leeds got relegate now. Leeds are struggling to find a head coach to take over and I wouldn't be surprised at all if they appoint their caretaker head coach Michael Skubala until end of the season.

I imagine tickets for that away end were like gold dust, how has a ‘big Rovers fan’ ended up with one?

Probably played with someone at city with England or paid over the odds for a ticket

The question is why was he there when his team was playing with his brother and team mates in the starting line up

Possibly, or through his agent or he’s a pal with one of their players (who all get handed a load of complementaries)

A lot of an away allocation for big games ends up in the hands of hangers on as freebies. Bugger the loyal away support!

And if you do, keep it under wraps not 'brag' about it on Instagram. Doubt anyone on the crowd knew him from Adam, no pun intended.

Still he's a young lad I suppose and will make some foolish decisions. Might give an indication as to why him and JDT don't always see eye to eye....

English football sells its soul: part XVI

Son of former Qatari PM has offered to take 100% ownership of Manchester United

Club will be debt free and valued at about $4.5bn, second only in world sports to Denver Broncos

Just when things couldn’t get any worse , City are in hot water and the red rats get bought out.

I can’t cope with another ten years of venky rovers, Burnley in the prem and united dominating English football. I think it would tip me over the edge 😩

The Bus or the Sword, that is the question.

He was a decent enough Ref in his time onfield.

If all this moaning about refs continues and young refs at grass roots level continue to get abused, and pack it in as a consequence, then it won’t matter who owns ManU, City or Newcastle. There won’t be any football.
