Ianrally Posted Monday at 16:48 Posted Monday at 16:48 I now realise why he used to stand in the middle of Ewood pointing to where his team mates should put the ball. It was all practice for becoming a manager. Risky move by Brentford, they will be in a relegation battle next season and 'Shirley' will be gone by the New Year. Quote
Hasta Posted Monday at 18:21 Posted Monday at 18:21 (edited) I’ve always had a bit of sympathy for for Andrews. Just promoted from league two and plucked by Ince for the Premier League. If we did that now we’d be skeptical. The weird thing was that he ended up playing over 30 times in two consecutive seasons. I imagine he was a bang average Championship midfielder who we were putting up against Gerrard and Lampard. Edited Monday at 18:21 by Hasta 1 Quote

Tyrone Shoelaces Posted yesterday at 13:51 Posted yesterday at 13:51 I see Kerkaz has signed for Liverpool. I think that means Beck will be available again. Quote

Wrexham would seem a more likely opportunity for Beck. Loan him this season, buy him next season if he is a success Edited yesterday at 14:57 by rigger Quote

arbitro Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/c1k84zyml2no I guess it's another case of He Who Pays The Piper but for me it's just another America like gimmick. The Sky generation will probably lap it up but for me as a traditionalist it's awful. 5 Quote

Rogerb Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Brentford look likely to lose norgaard and mbeuno key players for them. Rookey manager looks like an ince situation. Quote
Backroom DE. Posted 3 hours ago Backroom Posted 3 hours ago It'll certainly be interesting to see how old Keith does at Brentford. It'll look like a monumentally stupid decision if they go down, as they're in a position now where they'd be attractive to a range of decent, experienced managers. If they stay up and have an OK season then fair enough, it'll vindicate a process which - to be fair to them - has worked really well so far. Quote

Standard practice in America sports and the PL is appealing more to the fans over there and don't forget that NBC Sports in America covers PL over there. roversfan99 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Those new interviews and the access allowed again is ridiculous. Americanised bollocks. Get in the bin. Quote
chaddyrovers Posted 2 hours ago Author Posted 2 hours ago Well I take it you don't follow any US sports then? Quote
roversfan99 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago No, but it's irrelevant to my point that the proposed changes are dreadful. Quote
superniko Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Brentford and Matthew Benham don’t often get things wrong but this certainly feels like a strange one. I’d be surprised if they don’t regress now. Quote
