MarkBRFC Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Wrexham vs West Brom was on the screen outside the ground though? Quote

It looks even more ridiculous when put like that, but that is what it looks like. The thing I don't get is...how does such a decision tally up with an individual like Balaji Rao? He is a guy who tries to throw the biggest and best parties in India almost every year or fairly often. He's often blinged up, suited and booted, loves motors etc. Obviously wealthy. A bit flash? Maybe. What is a Sky Sports subscription to him? If anything, you'd think such people would be embarrassed to have to make such a decision at one of their companies. People talk about face. This kind of small time stuff (for the wealthy) could result in a bit of embarrassment, could it not? There have been other cost cutting decisions where I've thought that doesn't tally up with Balaji. That doesn't tally up with the actions you'd expect of billionaire owners. Before any snooping bots try and respond with "1995"... having billionaire owners doesn't mean we expect £20m spent on a striker, our players to be on £50k a week and the plan to be to topple Liverpool and Man City in a few years time. However, there are some things which don't make sense and don't add up, IMO. I just get the feeling if any of us were to speak with Balaji (never happening, I know), he would be embarrassed about some of the things that have happened. 1 Quote
Tomphil2 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I don't know how much more writing needs putting on the wall before people realise how close this club is to going bust now. Quote

Won't happen. Just minimal funding until the end of timing to keep it ticking over and to keep any unwanted attention away. Quote

Managed decline to a level they are now willing or able to fund is the clear agenda. Won't be long now before some other fixed asset owned by the club is being mortgaged or sold i can see it coming because there sure are no more Adam Whartons or even Callum Brittains to sell in the near future.
