I noticed on Saturday that our head physio was taking the shooting drills with the subs in the warm up, laying them off. Pretty sure this used to be David Lowe’s job. While Andy Procter is an ex pro (unlike other members of our coaching staff), I’m not sure why this has fallen to him. Definitely suggests we are short on coaches.

Damien Johnson was stood on the touchline watching the warm-up whereas previously he was involved in it.  I think Johnson was involved at the Hawthorns.

So despite Suhail claiming otherwise at the FF - there's no sign of Lowe anywhere?

Im assuming this is Glen's "Court Case" he keeps alluding to. 

If it's not him no doubt he can correct me.

What sort of chances ? Half chances like the one Ohashi had at West Brom ? How many chances have we missed this season where you could honestly say - “ That was a sitter, I could have scored there “ ? Hardly any. At the moment don’t make enough real chances, that is unarguable.

It's a mixture of both.

We don't create anywhere near enough chances, nor do we have anywhere near enough decent attacking options to either make the most of the few chances we do create, or, create something themselves.

3 shots on target in two league games, I believe. Roughly 85 consecutive minutes across both games where we didn't register a single shot. You notice now people are saying we're decent and doing OK just because we aren't getting hammered. It's brutal.

Leonard is a young lad, he is 21 years old that isn't a young lad, Tyjon is a young lad

Every signing we have made so far is pretty much a replacement for an outgoing player. No stock piling there.

Most people on here are saying we need a RW and a Striker, and then a Trav replacement, and I think that's entirely fair. The striker would essentially be a replacement for Weimann. The RW is a spot we are clearly lacking in as we only have one recognised right winger, and then the Trav replacement is again (drum roll).....another replacement. Again, not really stock piling is it. 🙂

I haven't even said we should be stock piling, I don't think anyone else has either(?). You're the one who said "we can't keep stock piling players" as though that's what the club have been doing. My point was simply this - the club haven't been stock piling anything.

I don't think the concept of needing to get rid of players when you bring new ones in is anything anybody disagrees with, but you're the one who said "we can't keep stock piling players", which I found to be an odd statement to make given we haven't. 🙂

But you missing players like Buckley, Pears, Leonard(via a loan). Plus some people wanted more signings without thinking what we have in terms of players and players we need to go, but also 25 man squad registration rules and you don't want an inflated squad. 

I see Henriksson has the replacement for Weimann plus Tyjon aswell.

Yes no problem with Miller, Hyam, Wharton and McLoughlin going forward for the corner but we didn't need everyone in the box, why did Tronstad and De Neve stay on the end of the box with Ribeiro staying back on the half way line. We had a point in the bank at that stage. 3 points would have been great which it should have been in all fairness.

Johnson did some warm ups with Tronstad ad Taveras when Whitehead was warming up with the back 4.

Johnson did some warm ups with Tronstad ad Taveras when Whitehead was warming up with the back 4. 

Trust you to dismiss the majority of my post that you have no constructive comeback to and instead be pedantic over wording.

If we genuinely are holding off signing someone until someone who will be on a really low wage who isnt part of the first team picture departs on loan, then its pretty pathetic.

I suspect that Leonard might go out but he isnt one of the players they consider that needs replacing. I dont think Buckley would be replaced either, I think Ismael spoke of first teamers needing a replacement. To be honest, it wouldnt surprise me if Pears wasnt even replaced and we went with Michalski who clearly isnt ready.
