Hasta Posted yesterday at 19:07 Posted yesterday at 19:07 (edited) Home kit - Ok 7/10 Away kit - too contrasting with baby poo colours and odd images 3/10 Third Kit - OK. Not sure about the way the colours blend up close. Probably looks good at a distance. 6/10 Edited yesterday at 19:08 by Hasta 1 Quote

Ferrit Posted yesterday at 19:24 Posted yesterday at 19:24 That 3rd strip is absolutely rancid. 2 Quote

RevidgeBlue Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago How many times did we wear the pink kit last season? I can only specifically remember Stockport in the League Cup. Quote
Lancaster Rover Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago I’ve just shown my lad (10) the kit and he said it’s the best Rovers kit he’s seen, opinions eh 1 Quote
StHelensRover Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago I'm underwhelmed by the home kit, partly because they didn't put much thought into it being an anniversary top, but mainly coz it's not proper blue and white halves or 'quarters', I don't know why they suddenly reverted to that and why the club ok'd it (I do know why, no one at the club gives a toss). I like the green kit a lot, I bought it. I like the colours, design, collar, everything really. I'm not sure about the yellow kit. I think from a distance it might just look like it's got dirt and sweat on it, as others have pointed out. It's not an aberration, it's just nothing too special. I'm surprised how divided we are as a fan base on the shirts, but it's not the end of the world. At least shirt chat is a welcome distraction from everything else going on. At this point, I would take our away kit being claret and blue with a big 💩 emoji on the front for the season if it magically rid us of these owners. 1 Quote

Upside Down Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago 14 hours ago, Lancaster Rover said: No, I think it was 96/97 away shirt where we narrowly avoided relegation. Had a panel down one side that had Rovers crest replicated in different sizes then repeated on one of the arms, both home and away had 'grandad collars', sponsored by CIS That's one of the best away shirts ever made. This new one is dog shit just like the two others. 1 Quote

Forever Blue Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago These shirts are designed to sell. That’s what Macron want, that’s what Rovers want. They are designed to be marketable. The green shirt might get trotted out a couple of times in matches, like the pink one last season. This is probably contractual. It has very little to do with colour clashes with opposition teams! 1 Quote
Mattyblue Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago (edited) Exactly, Plymouth had not one, but two ‘away’ kits last season, why? Because it certainly wasn’t for colour clashes… Edited 9 hours ago by Mattyblue Quote

Wing Wizard Windy Miller Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Jeez the gold kit is horrendous. Quote
JHRover Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Just need to make sure we've enough stock then and we aren't turning people away including those with infants looking to buy the away/third strip.... Quote
Backroom Tom Posted 6 hours ago Backroom Posted 6 hours ago I was talking to someone this morning who wanted to buy a third kit for their youngest but were shocked they didn’t do infant sizes Seems an odd decision Quote

It suits infant sizes, being the colour of vomit. 2 Quote

Mattyblue Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago (edited) Our USP is halved (quartered before I’m shot! 😅) shirts, so why not hone in on that for away kits, that classic from nearly 20 years ago aside we just haven’t done it, which I find odd. Edited 3 hours ago by Mattyblue 2 Quote

Never gets old either. Red and black, green and gold, pink and black etc etc. Quote
