Mercer Posted October 4 Posted October 4 Stoke make 5 changes from midweek. Got the 'Watford feeling' again so gone for Rovers at 9/5 - again heart ruling the head! Quote

alcd Posted October 4 Posted October 4 Best we can hope for is another abandonment this time with Rovers losing. Quote

The Stoke owner arrived in his chopper as usual not sure I would have fancied that today The performance were we, at worst, deserved a draw? Sadly these players are finding their feet at this level - Morishita, Gudjohnsen, Miller, Albeiosu et al are just going to need consistent game time. I feel sorry for Henriksson who can't seem to get on the pitch at the moment. Quote

ben_the_beast Posted October 4 Posted October 4 Really need a reaction today. We were terrible first half against Swansea but the performance did improve in the second half once we pressed them a bit more. Think I was in the minority in thinking Gudjohnson showed some good link up play. He just had that one awful moment when the ball rolled under his foot. My biggest concern is even at times when we look a little more coherent, i feel as though we could concede at any moment. I'd have been more comfortable with Wharton starting. Quote
roverandout Posted October 4 Posted October 4 Sorba Thomas worries me. His crossing ability will cause us all sorts of problems 1 Quote

Not sure we should have stuck with the same 11 but its consistent, I suppose. If it was me Kargbo would not wear the shirt again after losing the ball and just watching the fella run away from him.
