chaddyrovers
Hoilett isn't really a winger. that is where liverpool would play him imo. i thought all season that he should have been playing up front with yak. did great up front last season with roberts. hugh mistake by kean
Hughesy
My information is that Liverpool is his preferred destination and Kenny is interested!! How reliable is that info? Be gutted if he went there, but at least we would get compo for him.
roversfan99
A team like Liverpool wouldn't let Hoilett get away with his lack of defensive responsibility, plus his crossing is very poor. Liverpool often face teams at Anfield wanting a draw, he is better in a counter-attacking team.
Kelbo
How reliable is that info? Be gutted if he went there, but at least we would get compo for him. Rliable? well I was told he would have gone in January but Liverpool would get him much cheaper in the summer!!
Eddie
Not heard anything on the Marseille front and that would really surprise me. They had a good CL run, but that only termporarily covered a disastrous domestic season. They're not going to be in Europe next year, it would be a sideways step if ever I saw one. budha
Sideways step from Championship to a team that's likely to atleast challenge for a Champions League spot..
Clitherover
that would be bad as we would get small compo. I very much doubt we'd see a penny of that compo invested on players unless we are under different ownership by then. A move abroad would suit me better than watching him shine each week on Match of the Day.
Eddie
Sideways step from Championship to a team that's likely to atleast challenge for a Champions League spot.. I'd be very surprised if Marseille challenge for the Champions League spots next year. Their finances are not great and already you can be certain that two of the French spots will once again go to PSG and Lille. After that they will have to fight for the remainder with Montpellier (who will almost certainly win the league this year) and the likes of Lyon and Bordeaux. Throw in that they won't be playing in any European competitions next year it makes it unlikely that they will be signing many big-name players. I'd rather play in the Championship than play for a side that finished 10th in Ligue 1.
chaddyrovers
QPR want him if they beat the drop http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/qpr-mark-hughes-wants-to-sign-810219
Backroom DE. Posted April 28, 2012 Backroom Share Posted April 28, 2012 I'd rather play in the Championship than play for a side that finished 10th in Ligue 1. Yeah, but if that Championship team is owned by Venky's and "managed" by Steve Kean suddenly Ligue 1 looks a lot better.

Mozzer
hoilet is a talented guy - but a big club go for him - i just cant see it - hes far too lazy - he gets away with it at rovers because we have a clown in charge - needs to up his work rate to get a big move in my opinion
Tyrone Shoelaces
that is where liverpool would play him imo. i thought all season that he should have been playing up front with yak. did great up front last season with roberts. hugh mistake by kean That's why Liverpool are struggling, too many sqare pegs in round holes. He's not a winger, he's got no real appreciation of team play and his decision making out wide is poor. Playing off the front man is probably were he's at his best. Having said that only the really top sides can afford a luxury like that and even those teams don't play like that all the time..

Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted May 9, 2012 Moderation Lead Share Posted May 9, 2012 I can't see him getting any playing time at Bayern. Why? Well if he plays out wide he's got to displace Robben or Ribery. If he plays in the middle, it's a case of displacing Schweinsteiger or Muller...
