mickygray316 Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 If any season ticket holder isn't using their £10 code on a new shirt it would be greatfully received. I will reciprocate the good gesture and send you a thank you gift in return
mustard Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 Not a bad bit of kit that I like it, it just reminds me of the 11/12 season and that slimy rat.
Ryan Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 Don't see why the sponsor has to be so big. Celtic have the same company on the top but it is a lot smaller. Spoils what is otherwise a cracking top.
LewisF Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 It's a nice kit, and I absolutely love the 'Rovers F.C.' touch, but how hard is it to have the halves on the opposite sides on the back?
tomphil Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 I like it, it just reminds me of the 11/12 season and that slimy rat. We've gone all retro to mark the return of previous influences
justjonny Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 I'm having my first baby in a few weeks time so after the baby kit. I'm a novice at kids clothes but does size 3/6 mean 3-6 months?
Amo Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 I'll probably buy a sponsorless one for my nephew who has the same shirt size as me.
Backroom Tom Posted July 4, 2016 Backroom Posted July 4, 2016 I'll probably buy a sponsorless one for my nephew who has the same shirt size as me. Hope they fit like the Nike ones An XL boys has been a nice snug fit, sponsor less and cheaper
Al Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 Hope they fit like the Nike ones An XL boys has been a nice snug fit, sponsor less and cheaper You need force feeding pies.
bazza Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 I must be the only one who thinks the new kit is awful. Blue not quite dark enough. And, once again, blue and white halves instead of quarters. For those who wonder what I'm talking about, it should be a quartered shirt when opened out fully. (Blue left front and blue right back).
chaddyrovers Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 really like the new shirt and will be getting one before the season starts
Backroom Tom Posted July 4, 2016 Backroom Posted July 4, 2016 You need force feeding pies. It'll catch up with me mate, for now I'll accept it!
BlueMonday Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 Has anyone checked the co ordinates printed on the shirts? They might be the co ordinates for Venky HQ, which will come in handy if someone has a guided missile.
had.e.nuff Posted July 5, 2016 Posted July 5, 2016 Has anyone checked the co ordinates printed on the shirts? They might be the co ordinates for Venky HQ, which will come in handy if someone has a guided missile. yes put them in google maps and it is the center of ewood
ABBEY Posted July 5, 2016 Posted July 5, 2016 63 pounds for a shirt, bloody hell. Not even looked but is this for real ? If it's so then robbing chicken clucking scum
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted July 5, 2016 Moderation Lead Posted July 5, 2016 Not even looked but is this for real ? If it's so then robbing chicken clucking scum Nah, I think he's meaning with shipping to him in RSA...... It will be between £40 & £50 I assume. (Not that I ever buy them anyway!)
JHRover Posted July 5, 2016 Posted July 5, 2016 Looks to me like almost a carbon copy of the Umbro home shirt from 2011-12. I'd expect a bit more imagination. Of course the blue and white halves must remain but there are ways of making things more interesting whilst maintaining the essentials. It ticks the traditionalist boxes - royal blue with red trim - but on the whole its a boring effort that probably hasn't required very much thought at Umbro HQ. The best thing for me are the socks.
donnermeat Posted July 5, 2016 Posted July 5, 2016 Nah, I think he's meaning with shipping to him in RSA...... It will be between £40 & £50 I assume. (Not that I ever buy them anyway!) It's £48, season ticket holders get a £10 reduction on that also.
Iceman Posted July 5, 2016 Posted July 5, 2016 Not even looked but is this for real ? If it's so then robbing chicken clucking scumTo me it will be which is crap anyway. Includes about £15 postage and possibly even taxes of sort. I aint giving Venkys that much money. So looking to buy last seasons shirt for cheaper somewhere else. It's £48, season ticket holders get a £10 reduction on that also.So to get more people in, they give £10 off, while everybody else must pay full. Why not give everybody £10 pounds off for the 1st month or so?
Backroom Tom Posted July 5, 2016 Backroom Posted July 5, 2016 Why shouldn't season ticket holders - the clubs core fan base be given a perk or two?
