The Blackman rumor is a strange one...didn't Derby only sign in him Jan for a decent fee?!

Checked Wiki which states he only made 3 appearances for them after signing. Anyone know if he was injured or just didn't feature? Seems a tad weird...

Just checked out an Ipswich forum and they are debating if it would be a disappointment if Feeney signed for us instead of them ( he was on loan there at the end of last season).

General view is that they are not bothered either way. The sort of quotes they are using are:

"He would be OK if we get him for free but who cares if we don't !"

"May be decent backup player"

"If he goes, good - we need younger players"

"He blew hot and cold last year. MM has is eye on other wide men."

Signed a three and a half year contract in Jan according to transfermarkt.com maybe Pearson doesn't rate him hence a full season loan.

Probably because we mods tried it and, within 3 hours, we had to hide 10 posts out of 12. It doesn't work, because the same mob continue to follow chaddy everywhere like a bad smell.

Instead, we recommend Bob Fleming's very sensible method of keep all gossip in one place. No matter who the gossip comes from, it is gossip. Nixon or not.

He hit a purple patch for a few months and won a move to Derby, but like you say, his strike-rate at this level is otherwise unconvincing.
