Thank God the right striker was put on. This is the difference between someone who can score, and someone who is unfortunately lost and confused and needs to be put in the U-23 team if he needs time to develop. We would be higher up the table if Nuttall was given more chances.

You feel with Rothwell that once he gets a goal he will become a fairly regular source of them.

Great win boys played really well .. rothwell and Rodwell standouts ..Travis looking a main stay in our side ..love it when we play like this and on another day it's 5-6 goals scored

Cant argue with that - should have been more though. Was happy enough with the lineup and If only we could be a bit more clinical in front of goal game would have been that 4 or 5 nil the Ipswich fan was claiming we were expecting.

Great second half! Rodwell, Armstrong my men of the match. Rothwell making a difference when he came on! could have been 5-0!

We made it harder on ourselves by missing chances in the first half, but a win is a win and a rare clean sheet in addition will do nicely.

Back in the top ten in 9th. So tight in the middle of the division with 3 points separating 8th and 15th. At one point if Ipswich drew level we would have dropped 6 places to 15th.

Well done to Rovers! Took awhile to find our gears and get the important first goal.

Much better second half from Armstrong (2 assists) and Bell (yes Bell, looked like a different player after half time).

Introduction of Rothwell and Nuttall were spot on.

Rodwell was immense at the back.

Travis - wonderful engine, didnt really put a foot wrong, full of running.

Not Dack's day, had a few chances to score, which on a better day, he might had a goal or two.

If we can get a result against Hull we'll be within touching distance of playoffs and will hopefully make Venkys get their hands in their pockets.
