Everton have Branthwaite and Tarkowski who are a solid and established pair for them, plus O'Brien who they spent big money on but couldnt dislodge them so played at right back. Forest have Milenkovic and Murillo who were right up there with the best pairings in the league.

So yes. Obviously considerable drops of form and injuries are what causes back ups to come in.

If I was PL manager I would be signing Cresswell. Good solid player who career has kick started since leaving Leeds.
