philipl Posted April 18 Author Posted April 18 Big test for Ismael. Nothing game for us against opponents who simply have to go for the win. Quote
Wheelton Blue Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Hard one to call today. Millwall will be pushing for a win to maintain their top 6 chances. No pressure on us, but that could work either way. A draw I think. Quote
Forever Blue Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Let’s keep the play off dream alive! Rovers 2 Milllllllllllllllllllllllllll 1 Quote
TonyM Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Was planning on taking my grandson (age 6) to his first live game today at our local non-league team, but the weather forecast for 3pm is heavy rain so may well end up watching Rovers on Sky instead. I know which I'd rather be doing. Quote
DuffsLeftPeg Posted April 18 Posted April 18 As promised previously, this is a place & time for people to meet to peacefully “Express Yourself” ahead of today’s game. There will be another opportunity at the final home game of the season v Watford on Saturday 26th April (location & time tbc) In the ground let’s end the season well and hopefully the team will give the fans something to cheer about COYB 🌹 1 Quote
only2garners Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Anyone coming in from Blackburn Old Road should know that there are 3 way traffic lights at the roundabout next to the Fielden's Arms - expect long delays. 2 Quote
RevidgeBlue Posted April 18 Posted April 18 I have never had as little interest in a Rovers fixture as today. I can't believe some people were giving credit to the manager and team for an unconvincing win against Luton after an absolutely abysmal run which played us well out of play off contention. Even if we won our next few games and had a mathematical chance of making the play offs going into the final day, if at any point we looked like doing it, we'd do just enough to miss out as we have done already several times over the last few seasons. I'm more interested in seeing if there's still any sign of dissent inside the stadium or whether the recent win has quelled most of the unrest. The pressure needs to be kept up on Pasha, Waggott and Gestede 5 Quote
scotchrover Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Today should be footballing heaven with the amount of games that are on. Instead, I couldn’t give a toss. #SuhailOut #VenkysOut 3 Quote

Yes set off now or avoid going that way if possible it's a complete nightmare. Quote
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Carry on to Cherry Tree roundabout then onto Livesey Branch via Greenlane. Quote

simongarnerisgod Posted April 18 Posted April 18 i got caught out at those traffic lights last home game, was there for ages, best route to ewood at the moment is either getting on the motorway at withnell or through tockholes Quote
arbitro Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Millwall are very strong defensively so them scoring first would make it extremely difficult for us. Hopefully the renewed confidence shown in the second half against Sheffield Wednesday and the game against Luton will be evident and we go on to win. Quote

Can't get there that way without going through the nightmare three way lights at the Fieldens. Even with light traffic, things back up all the way to the top of Moulden Brow 😞 I'd say a good few folk might miss the start of today's game if caught out by this. Probably best for their enjoyment of the game, mind.. Rover versus Harry the Dog. Only one winner here, I'm afraid. And it isn't the Rovers fans.. Rovers Muzzled 1, New Den Dogs biting, 3 Headless Chickens 0 Harry's mad Dogs 2 Waggots Odious Pension Fund 0 Norf East Lahndan rat scabies 4 But of course, no one with an ounce of nous actually gives a fook anymore. They roughed us up at their place, with the support of a gash referee. We should return the favour. But of course we won't ! Quote
