DackDackGoose Posted October 4 Posted October 4 This where gueye would look more dangerous than Ohashi, we're actually putting balls into the box 1 Quote

Backroom Tom Posted October 4 Backroom Posted October 4 I’d take a point now, stop the rot at least but we could have won this 3 Quote
booth Posted October 4 Posted October 4 Alebiuso, fantastic player but evidently not a striker! Quote
cesus Posted October 4 Posted October 4 I was amazed Nzonzi was still playing ... I'm amazed Nzonzi is still playing. Quote

RutlandRover Posted October 4 Posted October 4 De Neve has been a real surprise. He looks lightweight but he's been persistent and put in solid crosses and runs. 1 Quote
RevidgeBlue Posted October 4 Posted October 4 (edited) Into October and are we on course for our first home League point? Maybe this is what Gestede meant when he said it would be "exciting". Edit: That's taking the piss out of Gueye bringing him on with 2 mins to go. Edited October 4 by RevidgeBlue 4 Quote
WacoRover Posted October 4 Posted October 4 VI going for the throat, Gueye in 😆 goal, or red card, one or the other Quote
B16Rover Posted October 4 Posted October 4 (edited) Would a 5 at the back with De Neve work? Part of me thinks Gueye up top with today's De Neve and Abeliousu scores a few. Miller on long throws Edited October 4 by B16Rover 1 Quote
Proudtobeblue&white Posted October 4 Posted October 4 Todd Cantwell awesome today, deserved a point after second half, but still going to be a long season. 8 Quote
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted October 4 Posted October 4 Im sorry but its touch and go whether this Rovers side takes the drop or not. We're poor fare and we all know it. 2 Quote
Popular Post WacoRover Posted October 4 Popular Post Posted October 4 I’m elated with a point. That just shows what zero to low expectations does for you. 13 Quote
Backroom DE. Posted October 4 Backroom Posted October 4 Have to take a point gratefully in the circumstances, but it would have been more acceptable if we hadn't lost to Swansea midweek. Tough run of fixtures coming up. Really needed to win one of this or the last match, a single point from both is pretty disappointing. At least we're temporarily out of the relegation spots, I suppose. Quote
RutlandRover Posted October 4 Posted October 4 Happy with a point. We deserved less based on the majority of that game. 1 Quote

Miller on long throws We seem to swap to it quite often in the 2nd half of games, but we have no CB depth for 2 CBs, let alone 3, which means we'd end up with Pickering/Ribeiro/Miller as CBs which I'm not convinced by. Miller on long throws We don't have enough CBs to play with 3 of them on the pitch at the same time. Only have 4 of them (and 1 of those 4 some of you consider to be a RB). Quote
joey_big_nose Posted October 4 Posted October 4 (edited) I think id consider playing de neve at full back next game. Hes athletic like Alebiouso and it made quite a big difference. Also super pleased that we actually managed to get a point back after going behind. We really needed that. And Kargbo looked like he has something. Edited October 4 by joey_big_nose Quote
BankEnd Rover Posted October 4 Posted October 4 Take a point to stop the rot. Chuffed for Kargbo! Quote
RevidgeBlue Posted October 4 Posted October 4 Tbf that last 10 -15 mins was much more like it. Shouldn't have to wait until the 80th minute and a goal down to see a performance though. Well done Cantwell and De Neve. 1 Quote

It’s genuinely a shit league. I know they were away from home, but if that Stoke team are top 6 quality then the rest must be absolute dross Quote

Based on the chances created we should have won it, but we desperately needed a result here - we've lost games we were the equal in, so at least we've come away with something. It's going to be a long hard slog this year. Quote
