we’ve not shot ourself in the foot today with our defending!

2 good defensive headers from Atcheson late on.

That was an important vctory on home soil and massive 3 points before christmas. Millwall was truly shit, but that does not take away from the performance. Som big positivies with Trondstad and Cantwell back, Pratt and Litherland making the academy proud, a big fat zero in the against coloumn and Baradji looking like the player we were promised. Not our best game by some distance, but more than good enough and finally a home win!

Solid win, much needed. Delighted for the players on the pitch. Equally delighted to see the Pacha Out banner again.

My dad's birthday today, 76. He has mostly lost his enthusiasm for Rovers thanks to Venkys, but each time they win it still brings some positivity.

Henriksson looked far better further forwards than as a midfielder, has the energy to press, and has some pace once he gets going, better option off the bench than Gueye

We looked comfortable, despite some poor passages of play.

Cantwell was my MOTM, he covered every blade of grass and really does show his class - We will really miss him when he's undoubtably sold in the summer.

I really like the look of Baradji.

Couple of goals and a clean sheet, can't complain. Well done to Litherland. Good to see Tronstad and Pickering back in the starting eleven. One can only wonder why the latter has been frozen out for so long in favour of De Neve and Ribeiro, if he can in fact be selected.

Nice to see the below on the BBC match report:

"For some Blackburn fans, the welcome victory, Rovers' first in six games, only papers over the cracks and they are calling for owners Venky's to sell up and for a boycott of the home match against Watford on 24 January."

The consensus of those around me in BBE was that this was a truly awful game of football.

Would have bitten your hand off for a win and a clean sheet before kickoff however, so very pleased and relieved to finally win another home game. Pleased for the young players Pratt, Litherland & Atcheson to get a clean sheet performance under their belt. On to Boro, but we will have to play better than we did today. 🤞

A very welcome win and lightens the sporting mood amid the Ashes debacle. Millwall were poor apparently and apart from maybe Coventry this division seems to be very ordinary from top to bottom. Shame we don't have the players or the manager to capitalise on it. Also good to see academy players coming in and making good impressions

Speaking of which was driving through Cambridgeshire recently and the local radio was waxing lyrical about Harry Leonard and that Peterborough think they'll lose him to a "bigger" club.

3 points......at home, no less....with a clean sheet.......& Captain Calamity between the sticks to boot.

How novel.

A nice start to the holidays.

Really pleasing to win, especially when you have a couple of Academy lads making their debut at the back and with both strikers scoring.

Cantwell works so hard for the team - at one point, he was making a sliding block on the edge of our area, to prevent a cross coming in. He gets pre-judged because of how he looks / is a technically gifted player / whatever, but he works as hard as anyone.

Saw the difference Sondre makes to the team today, particularly in the first half.

(Also my team won earlier in the day, 4-0 win against a set of Dingles, for a 3rd consecutive win 🏆)

Calling it (fairly) early, Baradji is a player !

Beginning to see why they persevered with his signing.

Brilliant 3 points which have to admit wasn't confident about when I saw the team sheet.

Have to say for somebody making their debut, playing out of position, Litherland was fantastic.

My MOM though was Miller who was kicked, kneed, nearly knocked out, but just kept getting up and got stuck in 💙🤍

Very happy today

Couldn't express my current mood better tbh.

Didn’t realise Preston got a welcome late equaliser against Norwich as well which is a bonus
