  1. Agreed. I like the guy and I will always be grateful. I don't think he can improve this situation, but I can't call for his head. I felt the same with Don Mackay... I do have that luxury, as a mere fan. Were I leading a functional board of directors, I would have to act.
  2. I think he did though...ref. all his pre-match stuff about TM being lucky, being given time etc...
  3. I was disappointed, when we signed him. I was boycotting for most of the insulting Coyle season and missed SG's (possible) good period. I only started attending again with the Burton away game....so my SG expectations were low....
  4. I would be interested in TM's rationale for this. What is supposed to be happening/ What am I missing?(what is TM seeing) in SG's performances on the wing? Anyway, it looked like he was holding his hamstring on Saturday....
  5. Well, I did buy one and I know I will be one of many, who won't be bothered/forget to keep the receipt. I wonder how many of the 2,500 season ticket holders are concessions. My own deal seemed quite reasonable, but I don't think I'd have put my hand in my pocket, if it was last season, when I was paying full price. Clearly SW has made a mistake with the pricing structure and anyone, who did pay full price would be entitled to feel short changed. Not all will feel that way, though, and will merely make allowances for the club in the face of the EFL and the unusual circumstances.
  6. This! All the visible evidence seems to point to this being the season to go for it with the follow up plan of cutbacks, should we fail and FFP re-emerges. We are certainly off the pace, but the situation is redeemable, as long as we don't fall too far behind. But the question is how much more time should be allowed to go by before "they" decide that a managerial change is an absolute necessity to save this "make or break"season?
  7. How very rational of you! Whenever I get the frozen picture (and it is too often) I whinge, complain and swear about what a crock of shite ifollow is...and then, when the opposition - predictably- score from their first and only chance.......
  8. Never would have guessed...
  9. Our mutual friend sounds like he thinks it's maybe a bit over the top...
  10. Don't you mean Great Expectations?
  11. Left a bad taste in my mouth too (He is a Rovers fan though..Hahahaha)
  12. Dominating? Playing in front of them, sideways and backwards, when we are a goal down and not even laying a glove on them. What a waste of an afternoon.
  13. Hahaha.." I apologise if"....Are you Priti Patel in disguise? Last night was more of a watching Rovers out of body experience, than I have ever known...Not that it stopped us celebrating. Time wasting bastards!
  14. Or....he needed to rest players and gambled....and just got away with it... I think he had said Trybull wasn't fit. I think our players looked more tired than Rotherham, who did look knackered at the end. Not surprising, given all the energy, spent on pressing...
  15. Incessant time wasting, injury and substitutions. And I thought it was about right....and that it was good to see timewasters get nowt....just saying!
  16. Gimme a minute. I will just have to open the file for his pay slip...
