If I was Moyes I would be deffo looking at buying Cresswell. Big strong centre half Everton have Branthwaite and Tarkowski who are a solid and established pair for them, plus O'Brien who they spent big money on but couldnt dislodge them so played at right back. Forest have Milenkovic and Murillo who were right up there with the best pairings in the league. So yes. Obviously considerable drops of form and injuries are what causes back ups to come in. Quote

chaddyrovers Posted June 29 Posted June 29 If I was PL manager I would be signing Cresswell. Good solid player who career has kick started since leaving Leeds. Quote

jim mk2 Posted July 5 Posted July 5 The Lionesses were pussy cats tonight. Disappointing, tepid performance and big game against the Dutch on Wednesday. 1 Quote

We were having a rehearsal at school before the big night at The Champness Hall. . The whole upper school was in the hall singing the school hymn. Our head of music was walking slowly along the lines listening to each pupil. When he got to me he said - “ You boy, don’t sing, mime ! “ Quote

Nobody knew if they were genuine or if he was trying it on. One day in music he had a fit. The head of music picked him up by the waist band of his trousers and his collar and banged him down on his back on the nearest desk. He said “ Now go back to your place “. The lad kept fitting so he did the same thing again. After the third time the lad went back to his place. Today the teacher would possibly get jail time. Edited July 6 by Tyrone Shoelaces Quote

speeeeeeedie Posted July 7 Posted July 7 I flicked between the women's game and the Real Madrid v. Dortmund CWC game on Saturday. England women were disjointed. I wonder if the selection process has played a part in unsettling the squad. As to the other game, watching Jude Bellingham is a pleasure. He wasn't overly influential in the game but he oozes class. I reckon that you could stick him in any position and he'd excel. 1 Quote
