Currently think the five at the back is too defensive. Need to get some more men forward

If played correctly, it is actually 3 at the back and 5 in midfield, very attacking.

Nope. The formation isn't the issue. Just need to take our chances again

Yeah we seemed back to our defensive best against west brom. Just need to start scoring now which given the next two home games surely we should be able to do. I think once one goes in a few will follow. The fact is we've played well and lost two of our last three. Of that's as bad of a dip as we have I'll be happy.

I'm going to the game!

One thought.... Nyambe on the right side of the three CB worked really well. He can do in a more budget way what Walker does for England - drive right up the pitch in partnership with the RWB. Creates quite a powerful combination and Nyambe has the recovery pace to get back into position if we lose the ball.

Obviously Lenihan is one of our best players, played RCB very well, and our captain, so I wouldn't advocate dropping him, but good to know we have another option. Maybe something we could introduce in a game if we want to change things and create overloads down the right.

Team for me..... I really would look at playing Buckley deeper and playing more of a traditional top two. I think ultimately it suits Buckley and Gallagher better. Also Giles has been really disappointing, I would say looks nowhere near as effective as Pickering. So needs dropping.

I'd go :

                              Kaminski

            Lenihan     Van Hecke    Wharton

                                  Travis

      Nyambe     Buckley     Rothwell     Pickering

                       Gallagher    Brereton

I think Mowbray will go :

                                 Kaminski

               Lenihan     Van Hecke     Wharton

           Nyambe    Travis      Rothwell     GIles

                Gallagher    Buckley   Brereton

Will we see a return of Dack on the bench? What a boost that would be to the squad and also a boot up the arse of Buckley. I think he needs some pressure

He should be in the first 11, Mowbray doesn't seem to know what to do with him.

I'd play him in a 5 man midfield as the CAM every week, behind Diaz and Dack

Dack has't played yet as he is building fitness. And it's pretty obvious he will go straight in at false nine when ready. Buckley they will have to fight it out with Travis and Rothwell for a central mid role.

Dack coming in should add goals really. The false nine is perfect for him.

I'd play Dack up top with Diaz and Bucko slotting them in with his vision and passing ability just behind them....when everyone is fit.

Pretty sure he would have netted Buckleys misses.  (Probably Missus too)

After the performance for the U23s I would doubt if Dack will be on the bench.

Millwall had a good win over QPR last night and it won't be easy by any means. Teams have learnt that if they negate our counter-attack strategy by sitting deep and letting us come at them then we're pretty toothless and soon run of ideas

I can see another 0-0.
