I think we can make it work with him out wide and tucking in on the attack if our right back bombs on up on the overlap like Britain did. Alebiosu looks like he can do that, whether Miller can I'm not too sure will need to see him play.

Feel Miyoshi is a little underwhelming especially anywhere around £2 million.  Tidy little player but I feel we'd be better suited by a Kargbo type on the right.

The 2 million price tag is a bit sore on the eyes & can’t really be realistic in my view … 

They signed him for 400k he’s not settled In Germany cause of coach his club have been relegated to the second division & his numbers of 15 games 1 goal don’t equal  to them asking for 2 million so all in all a deal has been lined up for 3 weeks ready to hit the push button but for some reason they not pushed it … Maybe they waiting on it to drop unless some other club guzumps us … which is a big worry ……like I said earlier would perfer someone like him then a speedy winger …. We have enough speed with the likes of Kargbo De Neve & the right back …

If the Miyoshi deal has been taking this long I can't imagine it's likely to get done. 2 million for a 28 year old doesn't sound like the sort of business we do these days. Imagine there's been a lot of haggling over the structure of the deal and add-ons.

Miyoshi would be very good signing. Ideal for the attacking right hand side midfielder role. Hope we can pull this off. Quality player

I'm not convinced. He seems to have some attributes and knows the league but hasn't delivered for a year and has had injury problems. If I was in charge of the money there's no chance I'd be forking out anywhere near £2m.

I'd be very happy with Miyoshi, can't see us doing much better. Good Dolan replacement and we need someone with champ experience.

Maybe Brittain sale has released the funds for axel/him/Miller. 

On Axel signing if CM I've always said tronstad and Travis are a negative pairing. Good to have more creative options to rotate in. Maybe this has been recognised rather than planning to offload one. Which will happen next season anyway.

I feel what we are (always) missing is pace or at least a player with good acceleration/over a few yards (particularly when we now have a few more well-positioned "ball winners" in the side).

It might have released room on the wage bill but Rudy Gestede said sales would make no difference to this transfer budget.

That could mean they weren't relying on sales this time or it could mean there is a set amount then that is it regardless of sales.

Agree with most above and that there is no resale value in this lad. Replacing hedges is a must and if we bide our time maybe someone else will become available, or wait to see if we can clear an ESC slot where we would get better value for money

Miyoshi would be a great signing, but not at £2m. Half of that and it's a deal for me. Has experience in the Championship, hard-working and contributes offensively. Don't think we'll play two Kargbo's at once, so don't mind a more disciplined option on one of the flanks. 

Do we need a striker as well or can Gueye and Ohashi at least make it until January? And surely we won't sign both Baradji and Miyoshi?

Absolutely we need a striker as well as a RW.

I would take Myoshi, could be a very shrewd signing and might get a bit more out of Yuki as well but as you say no way is the fee anywhere near the £2m quoted. German club bought him for £400k and he played 15 times for them 🤔

Im not saying that he will cost £2m but his value was under market value due to a release clause so its not a fair benchmark.

Not until they start actually agreeing new contracts with existing key players.
