Is it that lineup in that formation?  or a 5-2-3 with Pickering as a left centre back & Ribeiro as a wing back?

Is Cantwell injured?  Jackson also omitted him from his predicted lineup, although he went for Pickering replacing Ribeiro, & Gudjohnsen coming in for Cantwell alongside Ohashi in a 4-2-3-1/4-4-2

No he isn't injured, told his other half is in labour so I suppose we can forgive him.

Intrigued see Hedges play if this is true. We all know he doesn't have the pace to beat his man on the wing but feel he may suit a number 10 role. Or is it a 3 uptop and 5 at the back? 

Looking forward to seeing Gudjohnsen, he's looked sharp, he'll be more effective than Ohashi.

What a strange team.

When you lose an attacking player, it tells you a lot when none of De Neve, Henriksson and Kargbo are deemed as the answer, instead choosing Pickering in a team that makes no sense.

2-0 Charlton but in the absence of any media, Rovers to report a 1 nil win.

You would think keeping Hedges on the left where he has done OK this season and bringing in Ohashi for Cantwell with Gudjohnsen leading the line would be the way to go.

No way does that side get anything today.

Correct, although did I read that Rovers have asked other Championship clubs to decline him press access too?

If so, then I hope the other 23 clubs tell them to go forth

Although has has previously been stated, (and assuming Cantwell is absent) Ohashi moving back into the 10 and Gudjohnsen coming in up top would make the most sense in terms of continuity

Perhaps the Supporters Trust should be writing to the other 23 clubs, and their supporters trusts, on the issue?
