[Archived] Venky's willing to sell?

Recommended Posts

Actually the moustached clown came out with this a short while ago:

"Yesterday is a talk of Ken from Taro agency as you see on the viewing box of seeing. His friend of Balaji, Ja Rome and his son, is for lesser or more what we have been, which is nothing of that kind. He is totally motivated to bring the chickens home to pluck and I'm sure we will be into the frying-fire pot once we have the passion to continue like that we moved in the game against the Red De Villas of Manchester, but certainly no better, or no worse, or somewhere a little better, or a little worse or maybe inbetween. As you see from his passion mouth, of which there is no kind anywhere else, there is the wishing there for bigger return and motivation is altogether behind moving the players to the successful factor."

I saw it, I can't believe it's been removed. What on earth for? I hope it was just a mistake.

This site will die a slow death if things like that are being removed deliberately.

Seriously, what has that been removed for?

Makes grim reading, especially the comment about having nothing to show for what should have been 7 lucrative years in the Premiership. Who trousered all the TV millions then?

Pompey's potential buyers = Sicilians, Russians, tyre-kickers and others with "interesting" backgrounds. Has it come down to owners being foul or fowl? Don't know which is worse!

An ITK on Vital Football Blackburn, Mikey Delap, wrote this yesterday:

"This has come from a source within the club (not directly to me but passed on) and sheds a bit more light into the current state of play.

At the moment Venky brothers Balaji and Venkatesh are currently AWOL and missing in action.

No-ones heard from them for a while and no-one knows why. Furthermore there it is pretty well known that from within the club that all the players are for sale (with the possible exception of a large Congolese centre back).

There is also a strong rumour that Venky's are hoping to recoup their money back from the purchase of the club and once they have done that and are satisfied with themselves then they will go.

Venky's could feasibly sell the club around February time given the chance and under the right set of circumstances. It might take longer and this situation might change but at the moment this is the current state of play.

Whether they are bored, frustrated, tired of the hassle or fed up is unknown...

I'm not trying to get anyone's hopes up unnecessarily but this has come from a respected source."

Surely the club would be sold in (early) January so new owners could strenthen the team and have a better chance of avoiding relegation.

Seems unlikely some one would buy a club in Febuary and not have much say in avoiding relegation?

Maybe they want to recoup some of their money back from player sales in Jan?

The problem is finding a buyer. It was hard enough to get one with a good set up at Ewood, but now? No chance.

One can only hope but I can imagine Kean and Anderson will be on the first plane over to bully them into carrying on this nightmare.... They would be out on their arse otherwise... BOOHOO!

Please let there be truth in this.

Certainly the rumours are very strong that the brothers have done one given Mrs D has told them to put up cash for their toy or shut up. They got terrified at Wigan and have basically run away apart from Venktesh traipsing round Dubai trying to flog of a percentage of the club. Did Balaji go to Dubai? Perhaps not....

If the players were to be sold to raise funds for the bank and/or owners, there would have been one heck of a load more activity and noise by now.

Basically it is headless chicken Mrs D now not knowing what to do or who to trust, completely out of her depth and sinking the club.
