Cos it was reported by various sports reporters including local journalists he was their 1st choice

Oh yeah, can you imagine any club saying..."well, we had a few lined up but they wouldn't come, so we settled for this one...".

The journos know nothing.

Listening to Alex Neil on Sky. Refreshing to hear simple, pragmatic, football manager talk instead of the head in the clouds cod-Guardiola tripe we are subjected to...

At this level it's a simple game played by simple men.

At Guardiola's level it's a more complex game played by ... simple men.

mowbrays big problem is he`s pretty thick and a bad communicator, alas though he thinks he`s at peps level managerial wise, anyone who`s  watched sean beans sharpe will recognise he`s like one of the commisioned officers who always come up with foolhardy battle plans but then blame someone else when it ends badly😄

Did I say, you said, you did?

Just a strange comment to reply when I never mention whether its a good or bad choice

Fair play to them so. After Eddie Howe, he is probably as good an option as any available

Its interested how Howe's move to Celtic broke down at the last stage and I do wonder why thats happened. With it family problems or him not being to bring the staff he wanted to Scotland due to relocation problems.

Agree with your points Matty. Its was very refreshing to hear after a season of Mowbray's comments.

No idea. Wasn't following it indepth or anything. They spent a lot of time chasing him anyway. How will be a tidy appointment for some championship club

Blackpool promoted back to championship. Can't wait home & away.

"We can not compete with teams that have that new owner/ promotion bounce especially when they find a way around our possession precision passing based football by wanting to score more than us, add to that the pressure of a  local  derby "  Tony Mowbray 5.50 pm on the day of the game v Blackpool 🙂

Glad Blackpool won, but wanted it to go to extra time , was a enjoyable game to watch.

Reward for the fans who stuck to their guns in not attending until the Oystons left.

A club with the feelgood factor on the up.

Hate to say it , but we have to possibly wait until earliest August 2022 to try and attempt that, that is  if our six fingered friends get relegated next season.
