v Birmingham FA Cup 4th Round replay - 31/1/23

Recommended Posts

The ONE good thing about the early part of the season was our ability to hold on to a lead,  and we've lost it completely. Very worried for the next part of the season, especially with seemingly no effort being made to address the problem areas.

Just now, ItsRoverZ said:

I'd not start BBD anymore,  Sorba in his place and have Hedges or dolan on the right.. BBD finishing or lack of has cost us again

Should have sold him. Completely nonsensical and a sign of how badly the club is ran.

I've said it before, some of these players just aren't good enough.

In their heads they'd won the game and switched off. And it's been that mentality for years.

Didn't help that Morton was playing for them, Gallagher is a passenger and Brereton has really let us down recently.

We should have put this lot away when we had our spell of confidence. Brereton Diaz, the man destined for bigger things, was as guilty as anyone for not ensuring that.

Looking to summer, this Jordan James might be one we should look at. Changed the game for them.

Ah well. Our neighbours also have to go through a replay.
