Bethnal Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago You can see what everyone likes about Tyjon. Confident and intelligent. Young and a bit raw, but the talent is there. Wouldn’t mind him as backup for the 10 role at all. Montgomery doesn’t look like a kid anymore and Atcheson and Litherland look to have something about them as well. Quote

He looks calm and composed - has drawn a foul and turned his man in the 20-30 minutes he's been on. There's something there for sure. The game has passed Montgomery by since he moved to CM, which is what I thought would happen considering his pedigree. #8 (the double barrelled named lad) is miles off the standard, sadly. Quote

Didn't say he couldn't develop into something, but he's miles off the standard right now. Quote
Norbert Rassragr Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago It's the hope that kills you. The Championship is a meat grinder. And these kids will all be sold ASAP. Quote

Popular Post TimmyJimmy Posted 6 hours ago Popular Post Posted 6 hours ago Tell you what boys, tell you what ... some good signs there. Pace and intensity just what VI asked for. Technically OK too. Solid work in defence. Academy lads doing well. Silly to draw any conclusions about the season ahead but after this I'm not quite as pessimistic as I was a few hours ago. 11 Quote
bazza Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago I wish I knew the squad, especially the subs. Who is the goalkeeper and the lad with a double-barrel name? Quote

GK is Michalski - highly thought of. Went on loan to Bamber Bridge and City of Liverpool (who?!) last year. He's 18. #8 is Mullarkey-Matthews - who I know nothing about. Hasn't even played for the U21s yet. No idea how old he is, but he's a RB who went on loan to Bamber Bridge last season it seems. 1 Quote
